I had explosive diarrhoea for a period of 4 weeks travelling in China from Beijing to Xian. No chemicals did anything but treat the symptoms. Upon returning home and taking an anti-biotic the diarrhoe went from explosive to less explosive. Test came back a "virus". I was getting really down by this and starting trawling th intenet. I came upon this site and through I'd try the cider vinegar - what did I have to lose. After my first dose I felt a difference right away. My stomach felt "different". I continued with the cider vinegar and 3 months later, I am completely cured. It didn't happen overnight for me as I had 4 weeks in China to recover from. But I am so grateful for finding this site. I'm also thankful for all the comments that persuaded me to give it a try. Thanks to all those who posted comments as you certainly gave me the confidence to give it a go - your comments cured me!

Excellent! I've been suffering for about 24 hours with food poisoning - the cramping and diarrhea have been the worse part for me. About an hour ago, I left work to pick up the AVC and baking soda. I'm feeling much better now. The cramping subsided within about 30 minutes.

ACV cures food poisoning. Had a bad stomach pain and diarrhea after eating a grilled barbecue meat chicken and steak. Had to go to hospital prescribed antibiotic for bacterial salmonella. It sure help and cured it. Then it happened again, I felt same symptoms next day. This time i took 2 teaspoon nondiluted acv. It cured it instantly within one minute.

My brother was feeling really terrible - dizziness, pounding headaches and queasiness in AM - by noon, he could barely drive or walk. He had diarrhea and a sour stomach that later turned to constant vomiting. I was scared, because I have never seen my brother so sick - he is a 10 time marathon runner, cyclist & an extremely healthy & strong person. He said that he thought that he had gotten food poisoning. I went on the internet and found this site that described the symptoms and cure. I told him to take 2-tablespoons of ACV ...he was hesitant, because the thought of it made his stomach feel even worst. I read to him the other stories on this site while he was on the bathroom floor by the toilet. It wasn't too long 'til he mustered up the guts to take the ACV because he could feel the vomiting symptoms coming back and in less than 10 minutes after taking the ACV - he was already feeling better and could feel his system stabilizing. By 30-minutes later, he was @ almost a 100% recovery. He says that when he travels - he will always make sure that one of those 3-ounce liquid containers that TSA allow you to carry on will be 3-ounce of ACV!!!

After 3 days of agony I jumped online to see if there were any home remedies for food poisoning. I think i ate bad meat or it came from eating an apple, either way the pain was unbearable. After reading this remedy from this site my darling husband went and found some Apple cider vinegar from the supermarket.. i was prepared for a burning sensation as others suggested it would be like, but i like vinegar so i found it quite nice and no burning whatsoever. the results were pretty much immediate although a little groggy which I think is due to being dehydrated,' the pains in my tummy have gone and i feel 100% better than what i did before. I only wish i knew of this 3 days ago.. thanks to everyone who has posted..I truley reccommend this home remedy!

I have been suffering from acute food poisoning for 4 hours now. Ironically, I contracted it eating a salad I made with nonorganic apple cider vinegar, approx, 3 tablespoons, for the dressing. So either I would be in the hospital now if I hadn't had the ACV, or this cure doesn't seem to help everyone.

A week ago, I was working outside, got too hot, had all the signs of a heat stroke and apparently some sort of poisoning - food or other - inhalation or absorbtion - and have been violently ill ever since. For a week, I have not even kept water down - going at both ends several times a day - lost more than 7 lbs in a week. About 2 days ago I found this website and had my husband buy some Apple Cider Vinegar - it sat on the counter for a day until I could get up enough courage to even sip it - since every thing I swallow comes back up violently. Plus I didn't know if I could take it when I had eaten something or when to take it - then I read several more of these stories and decided I could at least get 2 tablespoons down. And I did - and don't do as I did and put it off. It is no big deal - one tablespoon at a time is squat. I began to feel better about 30-45 minutes later. Now it's been a couple of hours and I feel better than I have in a week - I couldn't even hardly hold my head up - I literally slept 20 hours out of every day - Whatever you do, don't wait, get the Apple Cider Vinegar down - I was shocked - but it stayed down for me. I'm getting ready to eat - and really really looking forward to it!

This is the second time your ACV remedy for food poisoning has bailed me out. It usually hits me the same - about 11 PM to Midnight I wake up with cold sweat and my stomach in a knot. I used to know that I was in for a long night of agony riding it out. But the 2 tbsp. of vinegar straight down the hatch is a miracle. The first time you will think you are never going to catch your breath - it is that strong. But in a half hour when you can lay down without heaving, you will be glad you took it. Remember the baking soda rinse, too. New teeth can be expensive!

Last night I ate some hot dogs that had been in the freezer for a while. About 4 hours later I woke with explosive diarrhea and a sour stomach. Fearing I was on the brink of food poisoning I went to the local market and got ACV and baking soda to rinse my mouth with. Reading the testimonials I was apprehensive that drinking the ACV would be a terrible experience. As I drank it I remembered that it was what I put on my fish and chips! didn't taste too bad. It did take my breath away though! The foaming of the baking soda rinse was different but a needed experience to save my teeth. So far so good - There was little burning (like taking a shot of whiskey or other strong liquor) but it turned into a nice warm fuzzy feeling in my gut. Thanks for having this available to the public to read and share! Mike

My boyfriend just came home from work complaining of being sick. Throwing up, diarrhea and severe back pain. He never gets sick so I suspected something he ate but the back pain threw me off. I came across this site and found the ACV remedy. So far,so good. He has stopped whining and is now asleep. I'm guessing the back pain was from throwing up pretty hard. Wish I had known about this last year when I got food poisoning from under cooked corn dogs.

I got some kind of food poisoning. I woke up with terrible dizziness and queasiness this AM. Must have been something I ate last night. Nothing came up, but I was dropping a lot out the other end, but not diarrhea . (Sorry for the graphic description.) I went online for cures for food poisoning and everyone was raving about the quick relief from apple cider vinegar. I shot some down and it worked! Some relief in 15-20 minutes. I'm a believer. Extra acid to help the stomach out I guess. Then brushed my teeth with a baking soda toothpaste to save the enamel. Thanks! Pass the word around to help anyone suffering the awful effects of food poisoning.

My boyfriend came home from the pub very drunk last night and was very hungry. So he put together a turkey sandwich with ingredients from the fridge, eat it and then went to bed. An hour later I woke up to him bolting out of the room to go to the toilet. For the next half an hour he was vomiting ferociously and his diarrhea was diabolical! I asked him what he had eaten and he said he'd made a turkey sandwich. I was a bit confused as I hadn't actually cooked any turkey! I went to look in the fridge and he'd made the sandwich out of raw turkey...what a donkey! So I searched the net and found this site, so I rushed to the 24hr convenience store and got some ACV. He took 2 tablespoons in a shot glass and thought he was going to through up for the next 10 mins, but managed to keep it all down. He is now lying in bed feeling fine...although i do have to say that his wind is still the worst thing i have ever smelt! Hopefully he'll be going to the toilet soon to get rid of all that raw turkey he consumed. What an idiot! Thanks for the tip it worked a treat...I keep laughing every time I think about it!

I came down with a case of food poisoning last night. This seems to happen to me about once every year or 2. And I always just ride it out. But this time, the pains were unbearable. I was literally screaming out loud. I couldn't take it much more. So I searched the internet and came across this site. I just happened to have bought a bottle of apple cider vinegar a few weeks ago. Boy was that lucky! After taking 2 tablespoons, I had no more pain after 10 minutes. No joke! 10 minutes! This really works! I wish I had known about it before now. It would have saved me a lot of pain. But now I know! And so do you! What a great remedy!

I was very sick last night at around 10:30pm (nausea, cramping, throwing up) after eating sushi at Ten in Newport Beach. I thought it tasted a bit funny, but ate it anyway. I tried pepto bismol tabs, since all the local health food stores were closed; that's the only thing the regular market had to offer me. I ended up throwing those up as well. I then found this site and rushed back to the market for some ACV. I was somewhat prepared that it would taste horrible, but words cannot even describe it! I took two tablespoons and rinsed with baking soda water. It was the most rancid, buring sensation I have ever experienced. And the baking soda water foamed in my mouth, making the experience even more gruesome. BUT, about 15 minutes afterward, I was feeling much better. I guess the "pain" was worth it. I was able to fall asleep at around 1:00am. THANKS!!

I don't get sick very often. Last night we ate at a catfish restaurant and I ate a chilicheeseburgher. (I know what you're thinking, but I've done this lots of times with no adverse effect). This morning, I woke up with diarrhea and cramps. I didn't go to work (self-employed). All day long I stayed in bed feeling yucky. About 2:30pm, I headed to the internet to find home remedies. I took 2 tablespoons of ACV straight, & felt better in about ten minutes. That was about 40 minutes ago. I just felt well enough to play wrestle with my kids. I'm heading out to my backyard office to catch up on some work I REALLY needed to do today. Thanks
