A wholesome and healthy diet is critically important in negating any disease and the following article I feel is tantamount in understanding the 'why' we are seeing an increase in the many diseases that are plaguing society today.

There is a previously unknown micro-fungal-like organism with an approximate size range equal to a medium size virus. It is able to reproduce and appears to be a micro-fungal-like organism. Laboratory tests have confirmed the presence of this organism in a wide variety of livestock that have experienced spontaneous abortions and infertility. It is found in high concentrations in Roundup Ready soybean meal and corn, distillers meal, fermentation feed products, pig stomach contents, and pig and cattle placentas. This is a threat 'not only' to crop animal production, but to human health as well.

In Argentina and Paraguay, doctors and residents living in GM soy producing areas have reported serious health effects from glyphosate spraying, including high rates of birth defects as well as infertility, stillbirths, miscarriages, and cancers.

It is urgent to examine whether the side-effects of glyphosate use may have facilitated the growth of this pathogen, or allowed it to cause greater harm to 'weakened' plant and animal hosts. It is well-documented that glyphosate promotes soil pathogens and is already implicated with the increase of more than 40 plant diseases.

NOTE: Glyphosate dismantles plant defenses by chelating vital nutrients; reducing the bioavailability of nutrients in feed; which in turn - weakens and causes animal disorders... Bringing to mind "you are what you eat."

It's also reported that Roundup adjuvants bond with DNA - linking it to outbreaks of plant disease and implicating it with animal reproductive failure, which may explain the escalating frequency of infertility and spontaneous abortions over the past few years in US cattle, dairy, swine, and horse operations. These include recent reports of infertility rates in dairy heifers of over 20%, and spontaneous abortions in cattle as high as 45%.

Dr. Don M Huber, Emeritus Professor Purdue University, APS Coordinator, USDA National Plant Disease Recovery System (NPDRS) had expressed dire warnings to Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack on January 27. But to no avail... Vilsack gave blanket approval to all genetically modified alfalfa. And following orders from President Obama, he also removed buffer zone requirements. This was seen as a deliberate move to contaminate natural crops and destroy the organic meat and dairy industry which relies on GM-free alfalfa. Such genetic contamination will give the biotech industry complete control over the nation's fourth largest crop.

Criminally immoral and irresponsible, Monsanto and other biotech firms vociferously block independent research. They coerce or bribe representatives, governments and regulatory agencies, even globally, with little or no regard to the environment or human life.

Tom Laskawy at Grist estimated that in 2008, nearly 200 million pounds of glyphosate was poured onto US soils. But notes that "exact figures are a closely guarded secret thanks to the USDA's refusal to update its pesticide-use database after 2007. "... a figure that more than doubles what the EPA estimates was used in 2000.

Some recent news reported that in a study of the purity of city tap water in America it was found that Hexavalent Chromium was at dangerous levels. Hexavalent chromium dangers were highlighted in the true story which was made into a film -- "Erin Brockovich" which some of you might know. In the study 31 out of 35 American cities were found to have very dangerous levels of Hexavalent Chromium in their tap water.

Things That Make You Go Hmm

Department of Health and Human Services Approves Fictitious Medical Device Review Board Led by a Dead Dog

"(NaturalNews) Just how trustworthy are medical review boards that review and approve medical devices? In a Government Accountability Office (GAO) sting, investigators were able to invent and register a fictitious review board with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), complete with a fictitious panel of doctors and a canine president named "Truper Dawg" (named after a real pet dog that had long since passed away).
...
But that's not all: To check out the credibility of existing Independent Review Boards (IRBs), the GAO invented a fictitious medical product called Adhesiabloc -- an adhesive gel used as a kind of "stomach superglue" following surgery. A proposal to begin a clinical trial of this adhesive gel on humans was submitted to an FDA-recognized IRB company, and the company approved it! This, despite the fact that the clinical trial called for pouring one liter of this adhesive gel into the stomach of patients."

Traffic Noise Causes Heart Attacks:

http://news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/trafficnoisecausesheartattacks

"People living in residential areas with high levels of noise from road traffic appear to suffer more heart attacks than people living in quieter neighborhoods, according to a new study by researchers at the Swedish medical university Karolinska Institute in Stockholm.

Goran Pershagen, who led the study, said 1571 people from the Stockholm area who had suffered heart attacks between 1992 and 1994 were compared with a control group from the same area. The addresses of all the individuals were indentified and the level of noise estimated.

Exposure to air pollution and other heart attack risk factors were also gathered using questionnaires and interviews, the researchers said. Once people with impaired hearing or exposure to other sources of noise had been eliminated from the study, the researchers found that there was a 40 percent higher risk of a heart attack in people exposed to traffic noise exceeding 50 decibels - a relatively quiet level of noise; heavy traffic is usually measured at between 80 and 90 decibels.

"More research will be needed to establish a definite correlation between road traffic noise and [heart attacks], but our results are supported by other studies showing the cardiovascular effects of noise," Pershagen said.

The possible link between noise and heart attacks should be taking into account when planning new roads and residential areas, he added. The study was published in the journal Epidemiology."

Thanks to JL for the alert on using "change the government site" to click on. I just left it and it is simple to use. I urge everyone that wants to retain the privilege of having a site like EC and its helpful information, as well as the privilege of being able to read about and buy the safer alternatives of vitamins, minerals, supplements and herbals to voice their opinions there very quickly. The route the FDA is taking now could even conceivably be used to abolish internet sites like EC or the Cancertutor.com.

Now is the time to arise and sing out & let your desires be known.

Moldy Coffee Imports

Posted by Robert Henry (Ten Mile, Tn) on 04/02/2017

HI U GOOD PEOPLE DOIN,,,,,, most on EC work their tales off to try and stay healthy while our U. S. government allows the moldy coffee to come in. I just learned this today and am pissed. So far I've contacted Life Extension and Community Coffee and ask them to send me a test of their coffee. Will not ask a test from the big boys because the are the guilty parties. It's the $ they are interested in. Moldy is cheaper.

This makes me want to cry. I try my best to eat right, only to be done in by our corrupt government. Would grow my own coffee if I could. I learned this today watching a Dr. Marcola U Tube interview.

Excuse my rant, but that's the way I am ......

Hey, Robert Henry. Perhaps you could find a local farmer who roasts coffee beans obtained from a clean, mold-free source. I've got one here in middle Tennessee that I meet up with once a week. Try asking around at your farmer's markets. Keep your hand to the plow and don't give up! You are an inspiration.

HI U GOOD PEOPLE DOIN,,,,,, may have to walk my rant back as our politicians do when they get caught with their britches down. On further inquiry it appears that we are on our own, just like when we buy peanuts. The situation is far more complex than I realized, but I did learn that caffeine itself prevents mold. So the literature says you are better off with full caffeine coffee as far as mold is concerned.

I would apologize for stirring the pot, but sometimes you 'bout asleep and need a jolt. The situation still bothers me. Not to worry as we have robots replacing us and the only way us humans will exist is to live like our Great, Great, Gand Paw did, and that is off the land.

Robert Henry I live and breathe mold education. I belong to facebook groups. They will make your hair stand on end.

I have been referred to by moderators and administrators as many things. "Watch taking advice from people you would deem...The crazy witch that lives down the street" my personal favorite.

At least you can fix your coffee issues pretty simply, I think. It probably is not the Mercola way. Yet it seems pretty satisfactory for home purposes.

Run vinegar through your machine. Then run a 5% solution through of white ammonia and water. Then a water run through. Then my coffee water or my completed pot of coffee ( in the case of a Bunn coffee pot) gets 1 scant drop of white ammonia. I used to make Teds ammonium chloride, but I found a clean, extra other chemicals, free brand here.

I am on the floor from any mold exposure and must be diligent. The coffee machine itself can develop mold. Kureig (sp) is out completely. They have opened enough of them to lambasting amounts of mold after use.

We are a 3 shift family of six. Coffee goes on 24 hours a day. Not all the family has my mold problems. We all drink it. I based it on Teds internal mold remedies. Janet

HI U GOOD PEOPLE DOIN,,,,,,, as all know I squeeze the pig until I get the last squeal. Well, I found a company that runs a rigorous mold test on their coffee beans. Some how or nother, I violated an EC rule because that post was not published. Not a deal. What I have learned is that you contact the individual coffee suppliers and they will produce that test or tell you to " Trust them". So we are where I know where to buy mold free coffee and you don't. That is called TOUGH SHIDSKEY. "Have a good day", which is Southern for ...... Go to............

HAVE SELECTED MY COFFEE BASED ON THE TESTS THEY DO

HI BIRDS DOIN,,,,,,,,,, have used this organic coffee before, but it was for coffee enema's because you need organic for that deal. After much study, it seems that you need to drink good coffee also....... least the mycotoxins will consume you. They sent a bunch of South Georgia folks to the pen a few years back for selling moldy peanuts, but I've never heard of our Gov going after the moldy coffee people. Guess they just go after Redneck farmers.

Anyways, we have decided to pay the price and buy Life Extension's organic whole coffee beans. They can be bought on Amazon and others, but the best price is from Life Extension. Will do whole beans because the smaller any product is, the faster it deteriorates .

Hope I've not violated any of EC's rules......... far be it from me to violate a rule. I try to live at the foot of the cross. Just hope my ditty has sparked an electron or two in your grey matter.

This is going on everywhere, the restriction on natural medicine and supplements started here in Europe on April 1st and.... Just it was not a joke! Not only a lot of supplements will be banned, others have to have such expensive licenses and trials that they will disappear anyway and the quantities of vitamin and minerals in supplements will be so small that it is no use taking them anyway! I don't know much about the restrictions on the treatments but they exist as well. I think that the goal is to get rid of anything natural.

Hello Francisca from Michelbach-le-bas, Alsace, France. I was wondering if there are any protests going on in Europe regarding the Traditional Herbal Medicinal Products Directive (TMPD)? Europe is so much older than America and I'm really shocked that the corporations have gotten away with this. Are the authorities talking about outlawing an individuals right to make their own traditional medicines for their own use or the giving away of it to freinds or neighbors? Thanks So Much

Hi Susan, San Francisco, I was dreading the 1st of April but we have just come back from Holland where I went to a very good health food shop and they were still selling a lot of supplements. I have the feeling that a lot have disappeared as small firms were not in a state to pay for tests and registration but there are still enough supplements around. It seems that there were many protests when they wanted to do it years ago so it didn't happen, only when they died out the law was passed without people even knowing about it. A lot of laws are passed that way nowadays, unfortunately. When you hear about it it is too late to do anything. I know that people have been writing to their MEP (Members of the European Parliament), I did too but it didn't help, well, it hardly ever does. I think that protesting, at least peaceful protest doesn't help here anymore. Even violent ones don't help, they wait for them to die out, throw a number of people in prison to teach the other ones a lesson and that's it. People are too buy trying to live their lives and too afraid of the consequences.

I think that you can make your own medicine and give it to someone else, they have no way of knowing but till a little while ago, here in France, it was forbidden to make nettle juice to treat your farm or your garden, which is cheap and very good, or to give the recipe to someone else. Now it is still forbidden to use it in a farm but you can use it in your garden. That smells like repression to me.... Only so that big corporations make more profits making stuff which hurts us and the environment! They also want to outlaw many health practitioners if they don't pay high registrations fees, let's see what happens. The few we have around here seem to be working so far....... The other day I advised a book here called The Trillion Dollar Conspiracy, I will post a little review in the book section soon. Maybe of interest to some of you...... I don't know where I would be without my supplements!

Hi everyone,

I'm a nonpracticing herbalist in North Carolina, and I wanted to give you an update on NC Senate Bill 31(AN ACT TO CLARIFY THE PENALTY FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF MEDICINE).

Because there has been such a protest, the bill has been amended to exempt alternative medicine practitioners. For the time being, we can still practice.

I do believe that the bill wan't meant to attack alternative practitioners, but rather to counter the unlicensed cosmetic surgery clinics that have caused a few deaths in NC. Basically, people were going to get what they thought were "botox" injections and ended up dying. Also, remember that NC is in the middle of the "Bible Belt, " and that bill would have made faith healers felons. Considering the "religiousity" of conservative NC culture, the bill would have harrassed the constituency of many government officials.

That being said, we still have to see how these bills are supported:

SB 467 Naturopathic Licensing Act
HB 522 Midwifery Licensing Act (currently in the House Health & Human Services Committee)
HB 847 Naturopathic Doctors Licensing Act

Hi Debbie, that sounds great but I am always afraid to use any herbs or berries growing in the wild as many plants look like each others. Nowadays we eat quite a lot of dendelion, for example, but I wouldn't collect it from my garden. A friend of mine does but I am afraid. Silly maybe but you only need to make a mistake and it can kill you. A short while ago I pointed out to my husband what seemed like flat leaf parsley growing in the garden of our rented house. As I knew that they used to grow some vegetables because I found the lables I thought that it really was parsley but my husband pointed out that it is some other herb which is not edible so..... Be careful!

I still hope the world will change and all this repression will one day end so that we can choose what we want to heal ourselves. For the time being a person like me, who mostly uses natural therapies and supplements will be insured, pay a lot of money but make little use of it while paying everything else on the side. My husband who goes mostly for main stream medicine doesn't use his natural allowance at all but he can't pass it on to me and as it is rather small most of what I take I have to pay myself! Not fair......

Hi Francisca and Lily, I just wanted to respond to your request about wild foods and herbs. Last year I did a lot of studying on it and went on a few wild food hikes in our area which were really awesome.

I wanted to tell you that if you go on youtube, there's a really great guy who teaches you extensively about wild foods and even how to prepare them. His channel is called Eat The Weeds on youtube and you can watch tons of episodes. Also there's a guy name Markus Rothkranz and he did a dvd series called Free Food And Medicine which I think if you google it, you will find it. He's a very interesting guy and I had the opportunity to hear him speak here in LA. He was a very sickly child and adult that transformed himself w/ wild foods and raw foods.

Both of these suggestions will teach you a whole lot on wild foods. When I was on my road to restore my health, we juiced everyday and added in weeds from our yard. They are so powerfully restorative if you know what you're choosing! Best to you both!

Petition to Save Bees

Posted by Claudia (Los Feliz, California) on 07/20/2013

I am telling my friends and family to sign this petition from Avaaz.org ASAP!

"Dear friends,

Across the USA, millions of bees are dying, threatening our food supply. Scientists blame one group of pesticides some of which have just been banned in Europe. A new bill could save America's bees, but big Agriculture and the pesticide industry are lobbying hard against it. We only have days to make sure Congress acts to stop the Chemical Armageddon -- sign the emergency petition now!

Quietly, across the USA, millions of bees are dying, threatening our crops and food. A new bill this week could ban one group of deadly pesticides and save bees from annihilation, but only if Congress feels the sting of public opinion.

America's bees are facing a chemical Armageddon -- just last week, 50, 000 died in a single car park in Oregon after being exposed to pesticides, and last winter over 50% of all California's bees died. Leading scientists blame one group of pesticides called neonicotinoids. The evidence is so compelling that the entire European Union has begun banning them, and the Save America's Pollinators Act could impose a ban on these deadly poisons in the US.

Now it's up to us to get our politicians to save America's bees. Big Agriculture and powerful chemical companies like Bayer are already lobbying hard to stop the bill, but if we show an overwhelming public support for a ban, we can counter their influence. Sign the petition below and tell everyone -- when we reach 250, 000 signers, we'll take Avaaz's giant inflatable bee to Capitol Hill to tell Congress to save our bees:

https://secure.avaaz.org/en/usa_save_the_bees/?beiDUdb&v=27215

Bees don't just make honey, they are vital to life on earth, every year pollinating 95 types of fruits such as avocados, almonds, apples, and that's just the A's -- with an estimated $30bn value. Without immediate action to save bees, many of our favorite fruits, vegetables, and nuts could vanish from our shelves.

Recent years have seen a steep and disturbing global decline in bee populations -- some bee species are already extinct and some US species are at just 4% of their previous numbers. Scientists have been scrambling for answers. Some studies claim the decline may be due to a combination of factors including disease, habitat loss and toxic chemicals.

But increasingly, independent research has produced strong evidence blaming neonicotinoid pesticides, forcing the European Union to temporarily suspend use of one or more of these bee killers. But, in the US, the EPA has been slow to react -- their review won't be completed until 2018 condemning our bees to 5 more years of chemical Armageddon.

This issue is now coming to the boil as major new studies have confirmed the scale of this problem, and Representatives Blumenauer and Conyers have introduced legislation. If we can get other members of Congress to act, we could shut down once and for all Bayer's influence on policy-makers and scientists. The real experts -- the beekeepers and farmers -- want these deadly pesticides prohibited until and unless we have solid, independent studies that show they are safe. Let's support them now. Sign the urgent petition to Congress now, then forward this email:

https://secure.avaaz.org/en/usa_save_the_bees/?beiDUdb&v=27215

We know we can win on bees. Last April, over 2. 5 million of us signed a petition calling on the EU to adopt a ban on bee killing pesticides and won! And in the US, nearly a million of us persuaded the EPA to review their position on these poisons. Now let's go one step further towards saving bees!

With hope,

Iain, Luis, Anne, Alex, Allison, Ricken, and the whole Avaaz team

Preventive Health Site

HI U OLE PATOOTS DOIN, , , , , , , , , , ,

Got some troubles and it's got me to thinking after reading Mark's post about Borax and it's benefits and tribulations. Folks come to this site to learn about specific solutions to their problems, but I got another idea. Why don't we all get together and inform healthy folks how to stay healthy and avoid these trials and tribulations. I have a few ideas and most of you do also. I have tried to do this with my garden posts. It all begins with what you eat.

We all know about ACV, Borax, H2O2, Colloidal Silver, Magnesium, Water, Sweat, Sleep, Alkaline, Exercise , Breathing, Lymph flow, Detoxing, Cleansing, Baking Soda , and many, many others that will avoid illness. Let's tell these stories.

I bet Sweet Thang, Deirdre, would jump on this with both feet. We need a health site for folks to inform their neighbors how to avoid all these ailments we constantly talk about. Do these things and stay healthy. Then if stuff happens, this site will help them. First, lets change our mission.

I say all this because I constantly try to get our kids and grand children to do things to avoid health problems. EC has not done that and I think it's time. Let's get this site into a pro-active mode instead of being re-active only.

I can tell you that Mama to Many tries hard to keep her kids healthy, as do all. We just need to change our priorities. I bet folks will buy in.

Hi ORH,

Thats a great idea! It's all about education and knowledge but I guess the big Pharmas and food producers prefer us to be ignorant! I love reading - and came across Dr Franz Meyr, an Austrian doctor who died in 1965 and was really shocked at what he saw- doctors prescribing only for illness and never for good health. Here in Britain I believe medical students study 5 hours of nutrition in a 6 year course!!! Go figure as they say! In 'The Magnesium Miracle' by Dr Carolyn Dean, she quotes a speaker from the National Institute of Health - their " guidelines on RDA for nutrients is only to prevent deficiency diseases like scurvy etc and .... NIH has no interest in supplements for the prevention and treatment of disease. " Well, I guess that sort of says it all.

And it is sad to read some people on this site who want help for families and yet know the family will reject any non " medical" interventions however much positive evidence there is to support them. When I was at school back in the 60s, we had a 3 hour weekly lesson on what was called Domestic Science where we learnt all the different food categories as in protein, vitamins etc and which foods contained what. We also had to plan and cook a well balanced healthy and economical meal, usually 2 courses, every week which we then took home for our families. This programme lasted from when I was 11 to 16 years old so was a very good base knowledge and fired up my interest in food and nutrition, ( and later organic vegetable/ fruit gardening). But now that doesn't happen, they just have to learn to design a food poster or make a pizza with packaged food.

We have come too far from nature sadly but it sounds like you really love your garden and grow some interesting stuff! What do you do with the peanuts once you've boiled them?? Not that I can grow them here in the hills of beautiful North Wales, but I'm curious. I always reads your posts as you come across as really positive and I always end up smiling. So thanks for that. And I do hope your fight with your health goes well and you're winning! I think this site is brilliant and there are quite a few posts suggesting what has helped people stay healthy too. But so many people are frightened of challenging their doctor's ideas and, over here at least, few doctors are happy if you tell them what you've read or discovered that differs from the established theory about different ailments, they seem to prefer you to be dumb and compliant ( although some of them are open minded).

Are you suggesting that there could be a section in EC called something like " how to stay healthy" as well as all the help for ailments? I think so many people are confused by what's on sale in the supermarkets and touted as healthy when it's just processed junk But there are also lots of people now questioning what's being described as healthy and trying to learn what is. Let's hope that just continues to grow, like your peanuts:-}. Ps What is a patoot?

Smallpox

It is my understanding that not 1 person under the age of 30 has any immunity toward smallpox. Is there a protocol to help protect against smallpox, specifically? I find it alarming that several prominent people have been referring to smallpox as an example of future "pandemics".

I also read on a news site possible smallpox vials have been found at a lab in PA along with potential anti-dote vials. I need to dig in more about this. The CDC has confiscated the vials for further investigation. Only 2 places in the world are supposed to have it and keep it contained, CDC Atlanta and Russia.

You may be onto something to be prepared possibly. We need to do our research just like with this pandemic.

Supplement Alerts

Just a notice that some quite trusted "natural" brands for herbs and herbal preparations are now partnered with or have actually been purchased by pharmaceutical companies. Pay attention! Make your own stuff when you can!

There aren't many Europeans on this site but for those who live somewhere in the EU maybe this will be of interest. This is a letter in English directed to an MEP in Brussels, Mr. Dalli, you only have to print it, signand send. If you want to make some changes or add something you can, of course!

Supplement Interactions

Posted by Oscar (Syracuse, New York) on 01/19/2014

Are You Pill Popping Your Way to Poor Health? Adverse drug interactions are the 4th leading cause of DEATH in the USA. What is the difference between a drug and a supplement? None. The designation drug or supplement is totally arbitrary. Both tend to be compounds that have potent effects on a person`s body. The problem is: Many if not most people fail to consider how the different supplements interact with each other. Many seem to believe the more you toss into the mix the better. For one thing: They ALL have to be processed by the liver, Also, mixing even two of the wrong ones together can cause severe problems. The more reactants you mix together the more unpredictable the results....Oscar

Saying there is no difference between a drug and a supplement is absurd. When the term drug is used, it is assumed to be prescription. Supplements don't have any history of causing death unless they are taken with prescription medications the wrong way. Death would be a rarity if at all unless it is mixed with prescription drugs. Prescription drugs are the real root of the death toll.

I think the biggest risk of taking supplements the wrong way is lack of absorption causing lack of effectiveness.

I've seen a few people just mindlessly gobble down supplements and they haven't the faintest idea what they are doing. Knowing the active ingredient, the required dose, when is best time and empty stomach or with food are the important things to know. Blindly doing what it says on the bottle is another mistake. Some people need to be hand held through the process while others take on the responsibility.

So, are you guys trying to say that all the different supplements and remedies from a protocol like Bill has here at EC for candida is just a bad thing similar to taking too many prescription meds? Bill's protocol, for instance, on candida involves taking numerous supplements along with candida attacking remedies including the alkalizing remedies.

I take several of the suggested supplements from his protocol. I don't take all of the remedies to kill the candida but trust me it's a lot to keep up with for sure. However, Bill has cured his own sickness by taking these very things including quite a few supplements. If these supplements wasn't needed I'm sure he wouldn't suggest them.

I trust what Bill provides here at EC more than anybody else. It's not that I don't trust anybody else. He just has proven to know what he's talking about. Supplements are much much more safer than prescription meds. For anybody to say they aren't has gotten bad information. Thanks & God Bless!

Tony: E.C. is good because we are all trying to function at peak performance. We do not let dogma confine us to an intellectual prison. Oscar has a good point. There are many videos of people who have recovered not taking a single supplement. Raw organic produce has special water, dozens of nutrients, and hundreds of cofactors. Supplements do not. Master herbalists all over the world recommend 5:1 extracts, not isolates. Ron Teagarden does not put a single isolate in his all in one formula. Bill is a good man who cares for people and enjoys good success. Sometimes supplements are beneficial. I put 200mg L-Theanine in 1 cup of coffee and sip all day long. This gives me a calm energy and cognitive brain that the most expensive super foods do not.

There is a world of difference between all natural supplements and pharmaceutical drugs, and every one's body recognizes this immediately upon use. Almost all pharmaceutical drugs are technically considered Zenobiotics, that is they are "foriegne" substances. This is why almost all pharm meds have many bad side effects. The human body simply cannot properly function under the radical chemical presence. This is why the experiment and trial phase of getting a new drug approved for human use is very extensive resulting in only a small portion of originally designed drugs ever making it to market; the bad side effects are often to severe for approval.

Most natural substances and supplements are all recognized by the body as "natural" and are thus safe and easily metabolized.

Now, as natural supplements are usually concentrates, one must learn how to properly use them for maximum effect. Every supplement comes labeled w/ "suggested use" so it is advised to follow those recommends.
