Chest Pain: I tried the Cayenne Pepper, and I did feel better after trying it, but my questions is this, "Is it just covering up the problems?" Because I think I may have clogged arteries and need to see a specialist! I noticed that my blood pressure went up after taking the pepper, so if I start exercising may also help.

Cayenne Pepper works! Whenever I get stressed out; my jaw, stomach, upper back, the left side of my chest and left arm starts to hurt. Hi, I had chest pains all over my chest, mostly towards the left. When I was small, they used to come and then go within minutes so I thought nothing of it (while watching TV/reading a book).
