If you have bags under your eyes, you need to make dietary changes.

1) When I stopped eating salt and salty foods, I still had bags under my eyes.

2) When I stopped eating processed foods, I still had bags under my eyes.

3) When I stopped eating grains and gluten, I still had bags under my eyes.

4) When, for energy, I started relying more and more on fats, as opposed to carbs, I still had bags under my eyes. However,

5) Ever since I have been on a ZERO-CARB DIET, the bags under my eyes are barely visible.

6) The bottom line is, mainstream sources push salty foods, processed foods, grains, fruits and vegetables, They also claim, "Whole grains are the most wonderfully healthy food", "Fruit is the most awesome food on earth", "Carbohydrates are healthy and needed for energy", "Fiber is healthy and needed in the diet", "Dietary fat should be no more than 30% of calories", "Saturated animal fats are the cause of heart disease", "Hard cheeses are unhealthy", "Chicken fat is poison that instantly plugs your arteries", and "Eggs cause bad cholesterol". However, ever since I've been doing the exact opposite of everything they're telling me to do, I no longer have bags under my eyes.

I've had dark circles since forever. When I put on makeup, the most important thing I'd use was concealer. In my late 40s, I started to see a raccoon in the mirror.

I totally cleaned up my diet and my dark circles are much, much lighter - I don't bother with concealer any more. I can't say what did the trick since I made lots of dietary changes at once. Here's what I did:

Gave up all processed foods - make everything from scratch.

Gave up gluten.

Replaced soybean/corn/canola with olive oil/butter/coconut oil.

Try to get grassfed meat, raw dairy, organic fruit and veggies when possible.

Added fermented foods to diet.

I never thought my dark circles would improve. Thought it was genetic. Many other health issues improved as well. It's a sign of good health.

Good luck

My gluten intolerance was causing dark spots under my eyes. Just an idea to check.
