What activates Bayers fluoride 2 years after 4000mg dose? I had it under control with magnesium chloride, Lugols iodine, boron, exercise and good diet but last night in middle of a good sleep – BANG! Pain in every tendon. Couldn't sit up, had to wait ‘till the pain eased off a bit. When it eased off I was able to sleep. Next morning there's still a trace of the pain everywhere. Can't imagine what caused it. I know the poison remains in the body but what's the trigger? Also any new detoxing that works. john

You can take a bath in Bentonite Clay. Wonderful stuff. There are two different grades: Food and Non-food. The food grade is wonderful for an internal cleansing. The non-food grade is great to bathe in and as a mask. This should help get the toxins off your skin. Thank you for sharing your symptoms. This information is extremely helpful.

Fluoride in Water
Posted by Joe ( Texas) on 05/16/2015

No, currently pitcher filters do not remove flouride from water. In fact, most filtration systems do not. Bone Char carbon removes flouride, in large part because it is 90% calcium. I have yet to find it in the high end forms of filtration cartridges(carbon block) but it can be found in refillable filtration cartridges as a granular product similar to standard GAC and in loose granuals to refill those cartridges. Activated alumina also removes flouride, but can leach aluminum into the water at low levels and is not as effective as bone char carbon. Finally, RO has been shown to remove up to 90% of flouride, but because free fluorine is much smaller than a water molecule, I suspect the majority of the reduction comes from removing fluoride compounds and that most free flouride passes through. Those cartridges will fit standard 10" filter housing, so I am installing an RO system and replacing one of the carbon impregnated cellulose cartridges with a bone char carbon cartridge. That gives the best of both.

... All yo have to do is call your water company and ask if they add flouride to you water.... They will tell you. You can ask for the yearly report to be mailed to you indicating just what is in your water the last time it was tested also.

If you are on well water, then there shouldn't be fluoride in it, as it is added by the municipal water supply? I think.

ALSO - There is a website called findaspring.com. It lists all of the natural springs in the US where you can go and get natural spring (live) water... you might want to look into that also.

Good luck!

Fluoride Test Kits

Does anyone have any experience using fluoride test strips or a fluoride testing kit/meter to determine fluoride levels in drinking water and other beverages? After reading some articles on the web last night, I decided I would like to start testing our tea and water. We have one particular loose leaf ceylon tea that I have the feeling has fluoride levels off the charts.

Source: http://toxipedia.org/display/toxipedia/Fluoride Content in Tea

..."Tea infusion readily releases Fluoride from tea leaves into water. As such, it is considered a significant dietary source of Fluoride (Lu, et al., 2004). Studies from certain countries have found teas containing 0.03 ppm-25.7 ppm Fluoride (Szpir, 2005). Alongside consideration of when leaves are harvested relative to the growth of the tea plant and which leaves are selected for a particular tea, processing can be another determinant in Fluoride content of the final tea product. One study done in Taiwan found tea packaged in teabags had higher Fluoride concentrations in infusions than loose leaf teas (Lung, et al., 2003)."

re FDA Regulation

"...The current FDA regulation standard for fluoride levels in beverages and bottled water is 1.4-2.4 ppm (US FDA, 2006). Certain American brand teas have been found to exceed the standard amount (Rao, 1984). Studies from other countries have also found their local teas to contain fluoride levels higher than the recommended amounts (Lung, et al., 2003 and Tokalioglu, et al., 2004)."

Another excellent source of info on fluoride content in various foods, beverages and toothpastes: http://www.fluoridealert.org/f-sources.htm

Tamarind

Hi there, I've been taking Tamarind Fruit powder, 500mg each in two capsules, totaling 1g per day, for about 4 days now to remove the fluoride from my body that has no doubt built up for years of drinking tap water. I have had IBS for about 5 years, and sleep problems all my life, my hope is that removing fluoride buildup might help these issues.

So far, I've noticed a persistent headache in the frontal part of my head since taking it, and that I've been almost constantly tired.

Has anyone else experienced this while taking Tamarind fruit, or is this normal fluoride removal side effects, and if I should be worried?

Thanks,
Dominick

Hi - That sounds like a classic "Herxheimer" reaction.

Do a search on it on the web. I had a bad one when I started taking VCO (virgin coconut oil). Felt like the flu for about 4 days....

If you don't have any other symptoms, I would try to work through it. It is your body trying to release the toxins faster than it can deal with. Or you may want to cut back a bit for now on the supplement, and work your way back up to two a day more slowly?

just a thought.

Good luck!

Carly

Tamarind
Posted by Ed (Oakville, Canada) on 01/18/2012

I doubt tamarind is the cause of the side effect. May be other ingredients in the capsule could have caused the side effect.

In South India, people used to add tamarind fruit pulp in their cooking recipes like sambar, rasam, saarus..we are so used to take everyting in capsule form.

Whenever I need a natural health food, walk into the bulk food and buy them a half pound of tamarind fruit is only a dollar. I don't have to spend 10 dollars for 50 capsules...

Moreover, it is good to take herbs like turmeric, aloe vera, Apple Cider Vinegar or tamarind in its natural form so the body can naturally digest. As these are all edible foods.

Maybe you should try tamarind juice.

Recipe

1. Half teaspoon - tamarind pulp

2. Glass of water

3. 1 tsp - demarara sugar

To prepare tamarind pulp. Take some tamarind a golf ball size and add 50 - 100 ml of water and soak it for 1 hour. After 1 hour blend tamarind and water using your hand or wooden spoon to make it as a pulp. Remove the seeds and other fibres. And filter the pulp using a filter or cheese cloth. Don't use blender to extract pulp.

Now add this half teaspoon of tamarind pulp with glass of water and sugar, mix it and make it as a juice. Drink it.

Don't take more than 1 - 2 glass in a day.

Taking more tamarind will cause stomach disturbance.

Activated Charcoal

I think what is misunderstood is that generally Fluoride cannot be removed completely, but technology has come far enough to substantially reduce it. What has to happen is that the water has to travel through the filtration medium slow enough in order to filter appropriately. I could go on and on, but I will share my ordeal ...It's been really hard to find companies that are truly reputable when it comes to their fluoride removal claims. A lot of companies claim NSF accreditation, but one must be very careful about that and know exactly what the certification is for. Most of the time it does not measure how well the filter removes contaminants. Just thought I would pass on my findings as I have been researching for myself to ensure we get a quality filter that does what it claims from a reputable company. There is a small company out of New York that I found that has a filtration system (I'm referring to their under the counter 'ultra' version...though they have several other configurations) that removes fluoride, prescription drugs, and even radiation via Zeolite. It even raises the alkalinity of the water. They have an independent test done by a nationwide lab analysis company and I also contacted the lab personally to ensure that this company was reputable and that the lab results were not fabricated......anyhow it all checked out. The only thing that you might find is that the alkalinity of the water starts off a bit on the higher side (ph 9.3) but will settle in at about 8.0 after a month. Anyhow, I think they have an excellent filter and hope it will help in your search...good luck. Here is the link, and if you notice their customer reviews are all top notch, the best that I can find...if you have any questions at all someone will speak to you. I spoke with them, verified their lab test and I tell everyone about them cause its a fabulous product. http://www.pureeffectfilters.com/#a_aid=Ultrawater

Maybe if you tell your city council that they will save money by not adding it to water they will listen. Also, it's very hard on children having detrimental physical and mental effects.

Maybe you will be the one to stop fluoride from being used in water systems in Utah!

The effects if fluoride are dangerous and staggering. One day fluoride will be looked at as an ignorance act of the past. A new health movement is going on people of all ages are becoming aware People want pure organic food NO GMO and they want pure clean water. Don't get me started! :) First get organized and look at what other communities have done to get it out of the water. Contact the leaders that organized it and they will give you the step by step process, Our city wanted to put it in the water . People came together for common cause people volunteered and some were paid to gather signatures so that it could be take to the city so the people can vote on it. Once you start the ball rolling you will see people of all ages volunteering. I always think if the once famous talk show host had even touched on this subject about the deadly effects of fluoride we would of seen a movement againist fluoride that you would of believed!

Black Walnut (herbal) will kill parasites, usually the cause of inflammation, they don't test for parasites in this country & everyone has parasites. This is the first time I've read about Borax being ingested to remove fluoride. I had been treated with zithromax for pneumonia but what seemed to trigger the severe, sudden onset of reflux was taking 200mg of ibuprofen twice within the week for pain in my neck during that time. The ibuprofen caused a gastric ulcer since I had been on periodic courses of prednisone earlier for acute asthma which resolved after seven weeks of antibiotics.' When I got the pneumonia I had no asthma but a high fever, fatigue and pain in the neck. Steroids can cause ulcers but I didn't think the effect would last that long as I was not taking any at the time. I woke up choking at night with reflux and started protonix. Stopped after about one year and since use digestive enzymes, honey, camomile, ACV with baking soda. Caution: Prevacid ia a fluoridated medication. Along with the reflux, I began severe hypothyroid symptoms I believe caused by Diflucan and Advair which are both fluoridated. Have been doing the borax detox twice a week and have reduced thyroid medication from 3 1/2 to 2 1/2 gr Armour.

Speaking as someone who is hypersensitive to fluoride, I can tell you from experience that distilled water is normally fluoride free. I have seen a few cases of fluoride being added back to reverse osmosis filtered water, but that's not a common practice and I don't believe that occurs in the case of Aquafina. However, that said, Steve does make a good point in that one should always read the label of filtered water to see if it makes any reference to fluoride being added back in. Unfortunately, since one can't always rely on the label in the case of fluoride, you might consider using r/o water that doesn't indicate the addition of any minerals after the filtering process, unless it comes from a trusted source. For those individuals who prefer to have minerals in their water, I recommend buying a spring water that is known to be relatively fluoride-free, such as Chippewa spring water.

AquaFina is tap water from Detroit. It has fluoride in it.

There is no American Dental Association, there is no Dental Association of Russia... It's just a phrase that makes you believe that the product is good!

Borax and Sea Salt

I was wondering has anyone tried to get boron in vitamin capsules. Will it have the same effects that the Borax fluoride detox?

I don't know that Tamarind is so good for fluroide poisoning. Take a look at this website. It says that Tamarind has a very high fluoride count. That's why when people eat it, lots of fluoride comes out in the urine. http://bruha.com/pfpc/html/tamarind.html

My question is, after all my research in fluoride detox. Using borax seems like one the best over the counter ways, Boron is its main compound that is used for the detox process. What if I were to just use liquid Boron for the detox instead of using borax.

Liquid boron is made from boric acid, and its toxicity of Boric acid is much higher then that of borax. Boric acid is also acid, and not alkaline and it makes it difficult. Toxicity of the use of boron and reported deaths comes from the use associated with boric acid when an infant accidentally ingested boric acid.

It's much easier to deal with borax. A liquid boron has another problem, manufacturers may add inactive ingredients in liquid solution to stabilize them but may be not safe for human consumption Borax in general does not have the additives as does a liquid boron solution and hence isgenerally better in most general applications.

Long Term Exposure to Fluoride

There is MORE to Fluoridation of our water than meets the eye. Perhaps this will explain the otherwise unexplainable obstination of our loving government officials, in spite of demands and lawsuits to the contrary by the People, in their forced use upon us of this corrosive poison. Implemented in both the Bolshevik gulags and the Nazi concentration camps to mentally subdue their prisoners (and damage the left occipital of their brains in the process). If you add to corrosive fluoridation the brain damaging Aspartame in soda drinks, you have close to the complete picture: Mass Mind Control of the Sheeple.

Long Term Exposure to Fluoride

Hey, you left out one of the major neurotoxins that permeates all our processed foods and kills off our brain cells- MONOSODIIUM GLUTAMATE (MSG)! We are probably getting more of it in our processed food than we would from eating Asian or stir-fried foods all the time. WAKE UP AMERICANS! The FDA isn't about to ban any of these neurotoxins so the only way you are going to get them out of our food is to stop buying anything that contains them and write the manufacturer telling them why. Big Business's Big Bucks might work with the FDA but when they find they don't have a market, our bucks are going to talk to the Big Business that is contaminating our food supply. With the news that Alzheimer's disease is now starting in the third decade (30's) and in those with no family history of it (genetic predisposition), we don't have time to waste. We will soon be a nation of people unable to care for ourselves and few, if any, left to take care of us! From another Sheeple.

Fluoride Poisoning Symptoms

Giving up tooth-paste was the best thing I could have done for my teeth and gums. Amazing how quickly I went from wanting to have all my teeth pulled to never giving them a second thought... just giving up fluoride.

I am sure that my life-long knee pain is fluoride related as the doctors find nothing abnormal in xrasys. Yet, there is no denying the pain, weakness, and swelling. Crippling at times. After giving up most fluoride for two months the bones still hurt though. I can only hope this is reversable.
