Update
Bill, many thanks to you and everyone else who advised but you in particular. We have followed your protocol over a year and continue to do so with dosages reduced. I am delighted to say in addition to your protocol, a rotation diet and raw milk. My son has improved greatly and continues to make strides so there is hope but you have to be determined and single minded as it is hard but there is no greater reward than a healthy child.
