Rash Remedies

After battling a rash with what appeared to be whitehead pimples, on the inside elbow of my right arm, ACV actually did not work. Yikes! Luckily, TED's advice of HP & Baking Soda paste on it for 1/2hr (I did it twice on the same day) and it worked! I had had an outbreak last summer, too. I now realize I was probably drinking too much coffee lately, which likely aided it).

So the actual rash is gone now. But my question is: "What kind of rash is it when it feels like I have teeny-tiny glass shards embedded in my skin?". Not really of course, but it certainly feels that way. Anybody know? It's an interesting symptom.
