Juicing for Diabetes Type II

Juicing is a way to get concentrated nutrients into the body. The increased nutrition provided by juicing can provide essential nutrients to the body, helping it to heal naturally.

However, juicing can also bring a concentration of sugar to the body, which may not be good for everyone with diabetes type II.

If you decide to try juicing, start with a small amount at a time - 1/4 cup or less. Monitor how the juice affects your blood sugar before you continue or increase the amount of juice you consume.

Fruits will have a higher sugar content in general than vegetables.

Do green juice each morning and notice how your fasting blood sugar shifts in 2-3 weeks. My doctors were very impressed. I went from 120 to 79 in less than a month.

- Juice (and drink withOUT pulp)
- 1 full celery
- 1 cucumber (with peel)
- small piece of ginger
- parsley
- 1/2 lemon juice

Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and notice your life change for the absolute best.

Hi. I would like to know if anybody has tried this juice combo for several weeks, first thing in the morning, like Ti instructs. Is there any science based on this combination? I had a good experience with it after only two days and was wondering if it's simply placebo effect or the real thing. Thank you.

Fruit Juice Blend.1/4 cup finely chopped ginger root, 1/4 cup finely chopped pomelo rinds with skin, 1cup watermelon flesh with white rind chopped finely, 1cup finely chopped ripe papaya flesh, 1 cup pomegrante juice organic if possible,mix ingredients in a blender blend to a smoothie or liquidfy, add purified water if neccessay to make 16 ounces to drink.Drink this juice blend 3X daily for diabetes, high blood pressure, and any other health issues. daily excercise like walking and other body movements I stil recomend.This remedy was given to me from an Uncle that suffered from a serious illness that nearly killed him.

I highly recommend that people should learn and understand that our body contains too much toxins that comes from the food we eat and how it's been prepared, also the water we drink and the air we breath.The only way to eliminate this which we can't is to only try cleaning them out daily is the drink as much antioxidants or eat fruits and vegies that contain them.This I can prove for I myself drink this antioxdant that has taken my health to a better level that I have never thought It would have taken me
