I give my giant schnauzer a tiny pinch of borax in his food every day . 2 years ago, he was diagnosed with chronic arthritis, he whimpered every time he got up, walked with a limp. Borax is the only safe element which a very small amount will interact with Fluoride and NEUTRALIZE IT. Why Fluoride is in are drinking water, who knows. Fluoride was NEVER SAFE for human consumption ever..... Read the warning on YOUR tube of fluoride toothpaste. "swallow ONE drop" "call poison control" I use Borax as part of water filtering process. Yes it is 20 Mule Team Borax, and is safely used internally when properly diluted. We take 2 tsp. of the following solution daily:

mix 1 teaspoon borax with a quart of water. It's about as toxic as table salt, just use responsibly.
