I need to know the procedure to check urine ph. Do you hold the strip in the urine stream or do you pee in a cup and then dip it? I got the strips you use for a fish tank, are they ok? I held the strip in the urine stream and it was off the scale for acid. Maybe I held it there too long? I've been doing baking soda (to help dissolve my niacin powder). I sometimes add Apple Cider Vinegar to this mix. The baking soda helps the niacin to dissolve and the Apple Cider Vinegar helps if I add melatonin powder to it at night. Thanks.

WARNING!
I see this is an old post, but if anyone is reading it, or if the poster is still doing this, STOP brushing your teeth after ACV! You can seriously damage your enamel if you brush your teeth within 15 minutes after having something acidic. Rinsing your teeth with plain water is a good idea, though.
