Rebounding on a mini trapoline and dry skin brushing with a natural bristle body brush before showering has significantly reduced my cellulite. By dry brushing and rebounding, the toxins that are build up are broken down and the lympathic system is cleaned out hence the elimination of cellulite. Must do for at least two weeks to see results.
