My Quest: To find the best 3% H2o2, Need a chemist & lab I'd like to propose a project to find the purest brand of 3% H2o2 (least toxic) available. I don't know if they are all the same but I'm hoping that some might have less or less toxic stabilizers than others. I would release the results for anyone to publish. The two main reasons for wanting to know this are:

1) Some people will never order the 35% food grade

2) Sometimes 35% is just unavailable. It would be good to know which brand(s) have the least amount of or less harmful stabilizers and preservatives. I'm willing to do the leg/phone work but am looking for:
A) A chemist to speak with so I can better understand which stabilizers are least/most harmful and how to phrase my questions to the manufacturers.
B) Someone to the lab work on any brands that look promising. (Or alternately pay for the lab work.) Anyone interested in joining me on this project?

Hi, I just bought some hydrogen peroxide 35% food grade in Edmonton Alberta Canada, and if anyone is wondering where u can get it you can buy it at Health Matters on 178 Street in the same mall as Canadian Tire. My question is once you get up to a certain amount of drops per days is there a level of drops for daily maintenance and will this help diverticulosis and irritable bowel? I've read it helps high blood pressure.

I recently decided to purchase some 35% food grade h2o2 for internal use. I had been trying to work it into my budget for about 10 years, and I finally was in a position to make the investment. I did the online reading research, and found a vendor that sounded very serious about the quality of their product; 35% food grade h202. They had a very large and long webpage describing why they were the best place to buy f. G. H202, and described how most other internet vendors were ripping off their customers by providing inferior h202, most of the time lying about the true strength of the peroxide and cheating the customer. They also stated many other reasons and methods that un-scrupulous vendors could sell you a inferior peroxide; almost never the 35% strength. The Guardian of Eden website stated that you should never buy any peroxide product other than the true 35% strength, and stated several reasons why this was so. The website stated the shipping is $24 per gallon, and must be shipped as hazardous material.

They re-iterate over and over how they are the good honest guys, and most other peroxide sellers are out to cheat you. They are very clever in their sales pitch, and very convincing. I ended up deciding to buy from them, even tho I had read a negative feedback report about them on earth clinic. com by 04/18/2010: Jo Ana from Asheville, Nc about how she got ripped off.

However, Gaurdian of Eden seller replied on earth clinic.com and explained everything away; so I decided to trust them anyway..... Big mistake.

I ordered 1 gallon of what was supposed to be 35% strenth for "special offer - $64. 37 ttl! This price includes all HAZMAT & S&H charges."

When it arrived the 1st thing I noticed was that the shipping box did not show any hazardous manterials label on it..... When I opened the box and read the label on the plastic 1 gallon jug; it also did not have any hazardous material on it. It did not even state the strength of the peroxide on the bottle label. I then read the papers and notices provided by Gaurdian of Eden inside the box; and they also carefully avoided stating the strength of the peroxide.

At this point I was pretty sure I had just been ripped off by them, since the bottle label did not even state the strength of the peroxide. So I then did a comparison test , comparing the taste and mouth feel of their product with a known 3% strength peroxide. They were identical in taste. ( 10 drops in 1 ounce of water) I then knew for sure that Gaurdian of Eden had cheated me out of $64!!! They had sent me 1 gallon of 3% peroxide. Who knos if it is industrial grade, or food grade. I have been ripped off.

I took the gallon of Gaurdian of Eden 3% peroxide and poured it out on the ground. If they will lie about the strength of it, they will also lie about it being food grade. Avoid this vendor like the plague.

You can use standard drug store peroxide for sinus issues by putting it into the ears - about 1/2 capful or so per ear on your side for 5-15min, ideally massaging it in by working the outer perimeter of ear/neck to help it in. There is connection between ear and sinus so as things get clearer you will note there is a bit of peroxide that may drip from your nose. It's excellent and fast for any oncoming or persistent ear infections or sinus issues

I read your post with interest. A MD doctor told me that years ago. It really helps BUT HE SAID TO FOLLOW CLEANING WITH A MIXTURE OF 50% ALCOHOL AND 50% WHITE VINEGAR.

Community Natural Foods in Calgary has the 35% food grade stuff as well.

I am just advising that we have found many people selling 35% food grade h202 on ebay and on the net. We have been making and selling since 2000 and prior to that it was made by another person from 1985. The product that is being sold is Aseptic or Bath grade, which is food packaging grade made by a chemical company. I get up to 15 calls a week from people asking my advise about what to do as they do not feel well, and the persons who sold it will not give advice. One question I would like to ask is how do you keep the oxy particles in the water if you do not stablise it, if you do not stablise it, it will return to water in less than a day. What is being told is the use of chemicals in stablising it, which is in the Aseptic and Bath grade.

If you are looking for an alternative, I make and sell Stablised Electrolites of Oxygen it does the same and better than h202 with out the taste and time limits can be taken 15 minutes before or after meals.

We buy it at the local organic health minded grocery store it is 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. Apparently bakers used it a lot is what the girl told me... So it is safe. I did the test Ted suggested to double check.

Be careful as there are some sellers that blatantly copy and use Hydrogen Peroxide Australia in their advertising. The quality the other sellers have is extremely poor.

Buying 35% H2O2 in the US

I purchased years ago from the Garden of Eden folks and was happy with the products. Twice, however, within the last year and a half, I purchased a quantity of H2O2 and it arrived badly degraded. Diluting it down to 3% in the recommended way produced a product with no H2O2 taste. I emailed them to ask them to send fresher H2O2 and never heard from them. Months later, I figured I'd give them another try and ordered a smaller quantity and it was also badly degraded when I received it. I emailed again and never received a response from them.

I recently ordered a 6% food grade H2O2 solution which can be stored almost indefinitely without degradation from Dancing Algae. The H2O2 I received was a strong, active H2O2.

I wonder how many people who have ordered from DFWX are receiving and using degraded H2O2. Active "young" H2O2 has a very strong bleachy taste even when diluted to 3% and added to water. If yours doesn't taste yukky, then it may be old H202.

Hi all, I have done extensive searching for 35% food grade H202 in Australia. I found a company called Solvay Interox who manufacture large amounts of the various grades & strengths of H2O2. They only sell to suppliers who buy by the pallet load.

If you ring them (02)9316 8000 & tell them you need info about their 35% food grade H2O2 you will be directed to the relevant person & they should be able to give you someone they supply to in your state. Their product name for the food grade H2O2 is VALSAN.

For those in Western Austrlia I have found & contacted a company who carries the Solvay Interox H2O2.The companies name is Klen International, Ph:(08) 93024000. You can only purchase the H2O2 in 20 to 25 litre plastic drums.

For me I like to share a drum between several families as this keeps the cost down & there's plenty to go around. From memory I think the 35% H2O2 is about $75.00, which is very cheap! This gives you plenty for cleaning, gardening etc.

E-Bay is also a major retailer; but let me warn that, if I am not mistaken, the shipping charge for H2O2 is quite expensive as it is labeled an "hazardous chemical". If there is a health food store or a swimming pool supply store, or even perhaps a pet store in your area, they might have some on hand or could order it for you as it would ship w/ their other chemicals.

Ananthlebur, if you cannot find FG H2O2 in India, consider Jim Humble's MMS or (Chlorine Dioxide CL O2), Miracle Mineral Solution Of The 21'st Century. Jim says it's a much much greater Oxygen donor than H2O2. Go to the Genesis II Church Website for info, or try to purchase the main ingredient Sodium Chlorite (stabilized Oxygen) and you can add the citric acid yourself thus yielding Cl O2.

I found Aaron Hydrogen Peroxide with out stabilzer at a Big Lots in Lufkin TX. Only $.50 for 16 oz. I was told that is there brand and always available.

Yes, you should buy 35% as its real food grade h2o2 and a quart of 35% makes 3 gallons of 3%. So it's cheaper and people who sell 3% or 8% etc. are not selling quality product. Yes it does matter and you should buy only 35% Food Grade and dilute yourself.

One of my sons used hydrogen peroxide, diluted to 1% in a nebulizer with good results. (We would put 1 dropper of the peroxide and 2 droppers of distilled water in the medicine cup.) He only used the nebulizer this way for a few minutes and it helped him a lot. One lady recently posted positive results with using even much less than this in a nebulizer. Maybe it was a drop or two of the 3% peroxide in a few ml of water. I don't recall exactly but was impressed that it worked so well.

I would start with less and see how you do and increase if you do not have trouble with it and aren't getting the results you want from a low dose. (Low dose meaning a couple of drops of peroxide in a few ml of water in the nebulizer.)

They sell VALSTERANE 35 AL2. Which is H2O2 Acquaeuos Solution 35% foodgrade. More research on the internet will show that "VALSTERANE" does NOT contain any preservatives or stabilizers.

P1,410/30 kilos. That's P47/kilo. I don't know why they measure a liquid in kilos...but who cares. It's a big blue container, of which you will actually use only drops at a time. Please do your own research on H2O2 therapies, nagkalat sa internet ang info, blogs, etc...salain niyo nalang.
