I had a two dental issues going on. one is that I had tooth that was painful only when I was eating and I had two failed dental implants removed weeks ago still I was having pain. I emptied four activated charcoal pills and mixed a few drops of water to make a really thick paste. I put the thick paste made from charcoal one the problem areas in my mouth and the pain was gone and my tooth had quieted down until I could get to the dentist,

You know, this reminds me of my friend Javier from Panama telling me I don't need strong pain pills after having a tooth pulled, just Coka Cola! He said, just let it sit on the area that hurts for awhile and the pain will be much less. Well, I gave it a try when I had to have a tooth pulled and lo!, it worked!! :-)

MTCO,

Wow, that was 6 years ago that I wrote that! CS for toothaches continues to work for my friends who try it. Imo, it is a tried and proven remedy always worthy of consideration for the purpose.

Well said Art. CS is truly a permanent cure for teeth pain /sensitivity / infection. I used it in teeth whitening trays moulded to my teeth. 150-30 mins at a time, repeated a few times each day / whenever. Healed up bad teeth in no time. I also use clay now on my teeth and that helps strengthen them, and clean them. I wait about an hour between clay and CS treatments.

True Tine. Usually only temporary relief from clove remedy. Colloidal silver works deeper and permanently removes the problem. I have used teeth trays with CS in them and got rid of sensitivity in teeth / pain permanently.

I've been using salt to calm down a tooth infection with a lump on my gum. This time salt somehow made it worse and I woke with terrible tooth pain at 3am! I prayed and tried salt again. Nothing. Iodine. Nothing. Then quickly came here to Earth Clinic - my go to if all else fails! Seeing that I had charcoal in my "medicine closet" I quickly made a poultice and applied. The pain and swelling subsided pretty instantaneously. Thank you so much!!

I have had a horrific toothache for days. Very very sensitive to cold, heat, water but I was terrified to go into the dentist because I knew he was going to do a root canal and about $4000 worth of whatever the hell they do. So I took this MMS, DMSO remedy and I can't believe it. It worked! The tooth feels wonderful. No pain at all. Now I can eat again. I'm so hungry.
Thanks so very much.

My 6 year old has a cracked molar and it started hurting today he cried and I try calling a dentist but too late in the evening and I looked up Earth clinic and found cloves, so I ground up some cloves and put it on has molar and maybe 20min later he was much better no more crying. The Dentist wants to do a root canal and silver cap my baby molar and wants me to give my baby 5ppm Fluoride tooth paste. No Way I will look and search for better options not sure when this molar will be coming out on its own. Thank you earth clinic and all the great people that post. God Bless

Salt

The best thing I have found for a toothache or oral infection is salt. Just mix 1-2 tps / tbs in water room temp or warm is ok, gargle several times daily until you get relief, usually it cuts the pain after 1-3 times of gargling and clears any infection in a few days along with reducing swelling. I have used this for years due to me having cavities below the gum line. I gave it to a few people with tooth aches, and it worked for them as well, they're sold on it now instead of painkillers or antibiotics.

Apple cider vinegar, room temp distilled water, a hope and a prayer.

Mixed 2 tbs ACV with 2 tbs distilled water (slightly warmer than room temperature. Drank at once, but forgot to swish because of the excruciating pain. Immediately prepared another 1 tbs of each and mixed prior to swishing. Swished concoction in mouth for 30-60 seconds, (directing the majority to the area of mouth where toothache presented), then spit once finished with swishing. Good enough for Suzie from Zootown, good enough for me, Eric from Zootown. Boy oh boy, what a wonderful wizardry!!!

I tried oil pulling for a toothache and to my amazement, it worked.

I used Olive Oil 3 times a day and in 3 days my pain was completely gone.

I am continuing the process for further healing.

Cheers

Greetings Charity and Flowing Hands,

Regarding Tooth Pain

Have you tried iodine? I have a few teeth that once were painful, but are still here ten years later because I learned about iodine. I use Lugol's. I usually have 7% on hand, however I am sure 2% will work. I use the lugol's two ways. The quickest way, I put a drop of iodine on my fingertip and rub it on the hurting gum and tooth. It works fast, usually less than an half hour. The relief is lasting, usually all day and sometimes the pain never returns. If pain returns, I would try again the next day. Oh and do take a selenium supplement. I did not know about this when I first started, but I read that Iodine and selenium go hand and hand.

The other way I use iodine for tooth pain is to put a drop in a little water and swish, or better yet, I put about ten drops of Lugol's in some bottled water and pour a little as a daily mouth gargle and swish. Yes, it is the same method many EC posters use to chase colds and viruses, but it chases my tooth pains too.

Keep the faith, all things are possible if we would just believe.

Ok I have the ultimate tooth ache cure. First you put ice cold water in mouth around ache. This will bring a pain 10 down to pain 0 instantly. The put hydrogen peroxide in ache and use a tooth pick to get it in there good. Push toothpick around flesh crevices to get anything out of there. Rinse mouth. Then cold water again cuz pain will be back soon. Then get hot distilled water with sea salt dissolved and put in right on the ache and hold it there for like 30sec-1min. Then get a big piece of raw garlic and chop it up quickly with front teeth then put in on the ache and hold it there for aslong as you want. You want to really feel that burn from the garlic. If you dont feel it burning good then try again. Spit it out but dont rinse mouth. The pain will be at a 0 for a long time.

One other trick you could do depending on the ache is to take tissue paper and stuff it tight in there with a toothpick. Sometimes just the tissue paper can literally take pain 10 down to pain 0 instantly like magic. Also its good to keep cavity stuffed at all times with tissue paper. So you don't get food debris or if you smoke you don't want that getting in there. Even acidic saliva getting in there is bad imo if your unhealthy and have bad natural saliva.

One last trick is if the pain comes back when you lie down then put honey on it. It helped me one time when all else failed. But mind you I didn't do procedure above.

Update: So I tried procedure again and the hot salt water was too salty and hurt bad. Going to cold water though will erase pain instantly. I kept doing procedure on repeat and I didn't think it was working but I put tissue paper in there then put some distilled water in my mouth to soak it and then added honey on top. The pain went away after that. I think if you keep blasting it with peroxide and garlic eventually it will stop. Idk really know why the pain goes away. I also grounded, deep breathing, and got sunlight. I also exercised a bit to boost my immune system. That's everything I did good luck guys.

Garlic and vitamin c are blood thinners and can cause mouth bleeding. As far as your infection goes, you have a fight on your hands....be careful how you tackle it. I am fighting mine in the spirit realm as all natural cures won't fix mine anymore, only keep them controlled.

Activated charcoal will suck up the infection and use some castor oil with it and salt, I use the pink salt. The teeth also have a connection to the sinus cavity and jaw bone. Pulling teeth is the answer they say is best but then you watch those denture cream commercials and they spell out all the suffering and then implants are an accident waiting to happen. You are gambling with your heart and liver and brain here. Turmeric is good. Ginger is good for oral and gut health. Neem works only when using the brie< I think it is. People who used neem, not from area where brie from goats was eaten did not get dental benefits. Can't find the article I read. coconut oil works wonders too. As far as what is going on behind the scenes here, is it your gut health, emotional health affecting gut health, tonsil stones, or is it exposure to toxins? Find the source so you can put out the fire. Cover face in castor oil at night and cover pillowcase with an old t-shirt.

That's the right stuff (AKA, eugenol or essential oil of cloves).

Dear Diane,

That is what I use in my mouth for tooth pain. It is quite strong. Just a drop applied with a q-tip.

Clove powder, from the spice aisle, works too. I think clove powder tastes better! Clove numbs things and is also antiseptic.

I went to Whole Foods for the clove oil everyone has said works for tooth pain but all I found was essential oil in clove bud which said on the label to avoid using it near eyes, ears, and mouth so I didn't think it was what everyone had used. Can someone tell me what clove oil is used inside the mouth for tooth pain? Thanks!

I've tried all the remedies many times. I used to swear by garlic. I would just burn the toothache as much as I can with garlic and that helped the most of all these remedies. One day the garlic stopped working and I was screwed with no way to turn. I had the idea to stuff the hole with tissue paper to prevent more food debris ect from getting to it. When I did that the pain that was a 10 went to a 0 INSTANTLY!!!!! I have 2 other tooth infections and I used to tissue paper works on them too. So you have to find the spot where it hurts or is bleeding. Most likely it's bleeding and that's why it became an infection cuz bacteria got to the blood. So when u got blood in your mouth it's very hard to stop it cuz your mouth is so wet. So by applying tissue paper and stuffing it hard against the wounded area does 2 things. First, the pressure stops the bleeding. sScond, the dryness of the tissue paper sucks up everything it contacts. Just replace it every 1-2 days. I like to clear out the area with baking soda before applying the tissue. Trust me this is the ultimate cure a million times better than any remedy.

I have had a toothache for 5 days with swollen gums and soreness. I was using various remedies including turmeric, oregano oil capsules, vitamin C, D, zinc and oil pulling with coconut oil. All was helping some but would get worse when I ate. I was trying to eat soft food too.

Then I read about cell salt #12, silicea 6x. It's good for acne, skin issues, hair and nails. Reviews also said good for impacted teeth. Ordered a bottle, received next day. Took 4 tablets under my tongue. Directions said to do this three times a day or if extreme, you can take it every 15 minutes.

After an hour, the swelling was gone on the bottom jaw. So I took four more. Now an hour later, swelling on top jaw completely gone and no pain. It's almost unbelievable until you experience it. Wow.

I had the worst tooth ache on Tuesday night of this week. So, swished my mouth with 3% hydrogen peroxide. It didn't do anything for pain, so I ended up taking two tylenol to sleep. Wednesday morning the tooth ache woke me up around 7am. So, after getting my self started for the day, swishing with the hydrogen peroxide and brushing my teeth. I took 2 more tylenol and searched for a dentist online. Found one who could see me after work at 10pm.

Of course I didn't think about the cost until a little after arriving to work at 1. I took 2 more tylenol at 2 and then 7. I ended up canceling the appt. as I didn't have enough cover the cost and I refuse to get the credit option they gave me. By the time I got off work at 9:30 I was like okay we have to try something else cause I knew the pain would be back soon. So, when I got home I swished with hydrogen peroxide, a hour later oil pulled with organic virgin coconut oil and brushed my teeth. Around 2:30am the pain was coming so I took 2 more Tylenol. I slept well and my alarm woke me up a 9am. I was happily surprised to not have any pain in my tooth, however my left cheek was swollen and tender to the touch.

I swished with hydrogen peroxide and brushed my teeth and I just knew that it was working. As the day went on the tenderness and swelling decreased. I didn't take any tylenol all day. Yeah!!! I'm home and I oil pulled after dinner. An hour later I swished hydrogen peroxide and brushed my teeth. I know tomorrow the swelling and tenderness will be practically gone. I'm so glad to no longer be in mind numbing pain and that Mother Nature has taken care of me once again. I plan to keep following this protocol until the pain and swelling are gone. I have a dented appointment at the beginning of the month, hoping to have pulled all of the infection out by then so all they have to do is pull or fix this broken tooth. I will keep you posted!!

This works!! I was in agony last night from a throbbing toothache, I couldn't even sleep let alone lay down. My head was throbbing due to my toothache then I thought about my handy dandy site Earth Clinic and boom! I keep herbs and stuff on hand so I had cloves in my kitchen cabinet, I used the whole clove and crushed it a bit or you can just remove the sharp part and put it right on your gums where the pain is and it's gone! Took about 5-10 minutes. Now I will be able to get some sleep tonight.. Thank you guys for this gem!!

I had a toothache and a little swelling, the tooth is a bit loose and I had been told by my dentist that it might need to be pulled. I'm 72 and haven't been back because of covid restrictions. Rubbing the area with salt helped.

I packed a bit of green chlorella next to the swollen area, by my cheek, and left it in place for maybe about 45 minutes, then brushed my teeth with regular toothpaste and finished up with hydrogen peroxide.

The swelling disappeared, and I haven't had to repeat the treatment - that was about 10 days ago. It seems that the tooth has tightened up, and I will be doing this again for the gums, which are receding a bit.

Hi David,

When I had extreme tooth nerve sensitivity last summer, it was from detoxing too much too fast. I took a potassium supplement and within half an hour, completely better. I continued to take one tablet a day for the next few days.

I'm surprised onions are not higher up the list of remedies for tooth ache. I have inflammed tooth nerves which are causing me considerable pain. I've tried most of the top rated remedies but none seem to help. Last night I tried biting on a small piece of white onion and it seemed to work! I would recommend it. I chewed on small pieces and then spat them out. Definitely worth a try if you like raw onion.
