Grapefruit Seed Extract

If you have excessive hair fall, this may be an option worth considering. Wash your hair and after a day, ask a friend, who you know to have a good nose for odors, to sniff your hair to see if they detect a musty smell. If they do, then use grapefruit seed extract (GFSE) in a spray bottle and spray your hair with the spray twice a day and massage into the scalp as you spray. Do this for two weeks and it can stop hair fall caused by fungus.

Here is how to make the spray. Use whatever size spray bottle you have and for every ounce of filtered water, add 10 drops of the GSPE concentrate.

First test your diluted GSPE liquid on a very small area of your inner forearm to make sure that you are not allergic to GSPE. Here is a link to one popular GSPE liquid concentrate :

Cayenne and Vodka Scalp Treatment
Posted by Rob (Kentucky) on 03/19/2024

Baldness cures have been around as long as bald men. From ancient Egypt to the present, bald men have always been able to buy sure-fire, guaranteed, grow-your-hair-back potions. And now there's even impressive "before and after" photographs. Yet after all the "cures" and all the promises, bald heads are everywhere.

Let it be said at the outset that there are many things capable of producing hair on a balding head. If you rub your head with a mixture of vodka and cayenne peppers you may see some hair growth. Ethyl alcohol and propylene glycol can stimulate some growth (for this reason they are common ingredients in many baldness treatments). Italian barbers have passed a scalp massage technique down through the generations that seems to grow hair. Irritating the scalp in any number of ways can cause hair growth. The point of a baldness treatment is not just to grow hair. A treatment is of interest to a balding man only if it grows enough hair to improve his appearance and if he is able to keep that hair.

From the book: The Bald Book by Klenhard 1986 page 46.

Cayenne Pepper Hair Tonic:

The ability of this herb to irritate the skin, increase blood flow and stimulate cell division is well known.

Recipe:

– Mix four ounces of cayenne pepper with one pint of 80 proof vodka.

– Let it stand for two weeks, shaking the mixture once each day.

– Strain through several layers of fine cloth until the mixture is free of pepper.

– Once or twice a day, rub a small amount onto the thinning areas of the scalp.

Note: Alcohol is list as a remedy for Alopecia in the Mereck Manual 1899, page 86. If you do not like the idea of alcohol, substitute with apple cider vinegar.

Rub your scalp every morning with a mixture of cayenne pepper and vodka. Rub a small amount of this mixture into your scalp in the morning. This will help to stimulate your hair follicles and promote blood flow to your scalp, according to stylist and hair expert Riquette Hofstein, owner of Riquette International Salon in Beverly Hills, in her book "Grow Hair Fast: 7 Steps to a New Head of Hair in 90 Days."

Capsaicin in Cayenne can trigger the vallanoid receptors in hair follicles and may boost hair growth (3). The spice may also stimulate hair growth by inhibiting substance P (a peptide). In a study, participants with alopecia showed hair growth in a 5-month period when they ingested capsaicin and isoflavone (4), (5). Most peppers in the same family as cayenne pepper are rich in vitamins A, C, and E, and folate (7). These vitamins are known to play a role in hair loss (8).

A Treatise on Materia Medica and Therapeutics Including Pharmacy, Dispensing By Rakhal Das Ghosh 1922. page 542 states:

Externally. – The action of Capsaicin is like that of volitile oils and to some extent that of cantharidin. In other words, it is a powerful irritant, rubefacient and therefore counter-irritant. Like cantharidate, capsaicin may be used to promote the growth of hair.

A hot onion, rather than a sweet onion, as the sulfur is probably the important component. But any type likely works.

Onion juice (Allium cepa L.), a new topical treatment for alopecia areata

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12126069/

Abstract

Alopecia areata is a patchy, non-scarring hair loss condition. Any hair-bearing surface may be involved, and different modalities of treatment have been used to induce hair regrowth. This study was designed to test the effectiveness of topical crude onion juice in the treatment of patchy alopecia areata in comparison with tap water. The patients were divided into two groups. The first group [onion juice treated] consisted of 23 patients, 16 males (69.5%) and 7 females (30.5%). Their ages ranged between 5-42 years with a mean of 22.7 years. The second group [control; tap-water-treated] consisted of 15 patients, 8 males (53.3%) and 7 females (46.6%). Their ages ranged between 3-35 years with a mean of 18.3 years. The two groups were advised to apply the treatment twice daily for two months. Re-growth of terminal coarse hairs started after two weeks of treatment with crude onion juice. At four weeks, hair re-growth was seen in 17 patients (73.9%), and, at six weeks, the hair re-growth was observed in 20 patients (86.9%) and was significantly higher among males (93.7%) compared to females (71.4%) P<0.0001. In the tap-water treated-control group, hair re-growth was apparent in only 2 patients (13%) at 8 weeks of treatment with no sex difference. The present study showed that the use of crude onion juice gave significantly higher results with regard to hair re-growth than did tap water (P<0.0001), and that it can be an effective topical therapy for patchy alopecia areata.

What is the first thing men and women do when they notice their hair is starting to thin? They start treating it like fragile glass. This is the worst thing to do, as it escalates the problem. See, thinning or receding hair means that the roots are not getting enough circulation for blood nutrients to keep them fed, healthy and producing nice, strong follicles.

Try this: Press your fingertips into your scalp and see how much you can move your scalp. You should be able to move it about a half inch back and forth, IF your scalp is sufficiently hydrated and relaxed. If not, you have just isolated the cause of your thinning and receding hair problem...tight scalp.

The solution? Two parts:

1. Start drinking enough good clean water every day and less dehydrating drinks, like coffee and alcohol. (The pounding hangover headache comes from scalp dehydration, since the scalp is thin and dehydrates quickly.)

2. Start giving yourself a daily deep scalp massage for a minute or two. Start with where there is healthy hair, at the back of the neck or above the ears so that you are pushing good circulation up into the thin spots.

Press your fingertips into the scalp and move the scalp in small circles or back and forth a few times. Move your fingers up a bit and repeat until you've massaged the entire scalp. You really have to stimulate the circulation and a light touch just won't do it. Also make sure you're moving the scalp itself and not just your hair, which can break, especially if wet.

It's even better if you do this while inverted to get more circulation to the scalp -- that is, standing with your head at or below your waist.

It also helps hair growth if your thyroid is working well, so seafood or kelp two or three times a week may help. Also, grasp your lower neck with your whole hand and wiggle it vigorously a few times to “wake up” the thyroid with circulation. Do this every morning as part of your washing up routine.

Results will always vary by individual. With some individuals, there are no viable hair roots remaining to restore, whether this is genetic or -- more commonly found today -- because of excessive product use (gels and sprays) and daily shampooing. These chemicals leach into the scalp and kill the hair roots.

You should notice results within a few months or so. If that sounds like it takes too long, that's what they say to expect with those expensive hair treatments, so try this for free. Your new hair at first may be fuzzy-looking, like baby hair, but it will strengthen as you continue to supply it with the blood nutrients it needs to be healthy.

I dated a man who was balding - no hair on top - but he loved getting scalp massages every once in a while. After several months, we noticed some new hairs growing out of the top of his head. I hope he kept up the massages after we broke up. ;-)

The following newer article (March 2023) reviews multiple studies regarding using Melatonin to improve alopecia.

https://www.healio.com/news/dermatology/20230330/topical-melatonin-improves-scalp-hair-growth-density-in-androgenetic-alopecia#:~:text=Melatonin bested controls in terms, for 90 to 180 days.

Here is a relevant quote from the article :

' Eleven studies which detailed evidence of melatonin use in patients with alopecia were included. Overall, data for 2,267 patients — including 1,140 men — made the final analysis.

Results showed that eight studies demonstrated positive outcomes for patients with androgenetic alopecia who were treated with topical melatonin. In addition, eight studies also showed an improvement in scalp hair growth with melatonin treatment, whereas four studies demonstrated that melatonin improved scalp hair density compared with controls. An additional two studies showed that melatonin bested controls in terms of hair shaft thickness.

The range for an optimal melatonin dose may be 0.0033% or 0.1% applied as a once-daily regimen for a duration of 90 to 180 days. Additionally, optimizing the vehicle for topical melatonin — for example, with nanostructured lipid carriers — may further improve the hormone's impact on hair growth. '

You can make a nice gel by using xanthan gum powder. I get it at Sprouts you it's in Amazon. Use hot spring water ( l use hydrogen water ) of about 6 ounces. Add a teaspoon at a time of the powder. Use a mixer or hand held stick mixer as it's called. Be careful. With each teaspoonful added of each ingredient mix fully and do this until you get a fairly thick gel.

Then add a tsp. of cayenne, tsp. of crude refined oil, Lugols iodine 1/4 tsp., and a tablespoon of aloe Vera gel, and mix carefully on lowest speed.

Apply on hair and scalp -not too much - l use a portable steam machine. It rests on a table you place your head inside, then steam. See Amazon. About 50$. If money is an issue, use a heated oil cap. Sleep with the formula on your scalp then shampoo out in the morning. Use a Crudeoleum shampoo or pine tar shampoo. Use a natural conditioner. Shampoo twice. Do this twice a month. See Amazon.

Our son, 24 is dealing with this condition. We attribute it to a whacked out immune system caused by tick diseases. Have you ever been bitten by ticks? The infections go into biofilm mode and your immune system gets whacked trying to eradicate things it cannot see. He also has chronic fatigue syndrome, and we recently moved to a very heavily fluoridated/chlorinated city. thanks for posting, I will look into the filters (we rent, not easy). He will not consider iodine, as he is oppositional due to a lifelong experience of me taking him to doctors who have, for one reason or another, not worked out.

I have been dealing with alopecia for over a year following an injury as well as exposure to black mold. I have since detoxed from the mold. However, the hair loss continues along with other GI issues. I am now detoxing heavy metals like fluoride. We recently switched to a Berkey water filter and got an aqua home shower filter. I am noticing considerable improvement in the condition of my hair after showering as is my husband with his. I take Iodoral 12.5 mgs and other supplements. If you are experiencing hair loss, I recommend ruling out fluoride or heavy metals as a possible cause. We only recently purchased the shower filter and I am seeing very little hair loss now. This is a big improvement. I hope soon that I will see regrowth in the bald areas of my scalp. I love this site as it offers lots of good alternatives for health issues. Thanks everyone for sharing your remedies.

Potato Oil or Juice

Update: It's been 3 months now and my potato oil is still working like a charm!

I am halfway thru my bottle, and have found it is best to use at least 1x/week. Remember, ya don't have to worry about the length of your hair as you're not supposed to coat the lengths; potato oil is for the scalp only.

I once went about 3 weeks where I only used it twice, and sure did notice a difference! More hair loss, for sure, as I found I was pulling my hair from bathroom drains again, so once a week it is for me. It has been SO nice not having to pick out my fallen strands from the shower & sink drains! Such a treat.

I am a natural blonde, in my middle age, who has always experienced alot of hair fall. My husband used to say how it was mostly my hair found in the vacuum cleaner bag (which was true). I read somewhere that natural blondes have more hair per sq inch than other colours. Have no idea if this is true or not, but it did make me feel better about all that hair I constantly shed. Note: I am experiencing no balding; I have been happily clogging up vacuum cleaners for decades!

While in Mexico, I accidentally bought a product called "Aceite de Papas" or "Potato Oil". I looked it up and found it was helpful for hair growth. So I tried it by rubbing about 1 tbsp of potato oil and massaging it into my scalp, left it on for 30 mins. Stepped into the shower, added the shampoo (no water yet! ). Then I soaped up and finished as usual. Omigoodness folks, I could not believe the difference, and aftee only 1 use! No more was I constantly pulled hair out of my combs & brushes! A few hairs were there but only about 5% of the usual.

If I can't find this product in Canada, I will be peeling and boiling potato skins and use the Potato Juice method. I am amazed that I never heard of this before and wanted to share!

Palmolive Shampoo

At age 33 my hair start to fall a lot. I started trying different shampoos. One of them was Palmolive Shampoo, which writes 2 in 1 on it and it is in an orange bottle color. My hair stopped falling!!! I use this shampoo for about 15 years. I still have my hair. Grateful to this product that saved my hair. I never expected that a commercial product that is sold in Supermarkets and not in pharmacies, would have such excellent results. Recently I reccomended this shampoo also to a friend of mine. She told me that her hair stop falling. Recenly I used also blue color palmolive, which is for dandruff. I saw that also blue palmolive stops hair fall. Simply amazing results!

A word about salt. Years ago while living in Christchurch, New Zealand I stopped using salt altogether. After a while, I noticed that my eighteen month old baby's hair was on the pillow and then found my hair and my husband's was falling as well. I phoned the local hospital and asked to speak to the dietician. I " I'd like to find out if there is anything missing in our diet" I said, referring to our household. "There's nothing missing in our diet! " the lady shouted defensively.

Guess what. I reinstated the salt and everything went back to normal.

Borax, Iodine, B7

I also had an issue with hair shedding due to chlorine or actually cholorimide (which is a combo of chlorine and ammonia municipalities now use in water supplies.) What I found to work for my hair loss was borax dissolved in water used instead of shampoo. I had had to stop using commercial shampoo and the borax solution was a great substitute. It also cleared up the rosacea on my forehead.

I also added iodine to my diet, and had started on Ted's borax protocol. Borax helps to neutralize chlorine. It did take a few months for me to really notice a difference. One day I just noticed my hair was fuller. Vit B7(Biotin) is also good for hair loss, added to the iodine and borax protocol.

Baking Soda, Apple Cider Vinegar
Posted by Jake (Kansas) on 07/07/2021

ALL baking soda is aluminum free. I don't know where this nonsense started, but at some point because of some uninformed person confusing baking powder, with baking soda (two completely different things), and it just took off like wild fire. There is a major company that sell it, and grains, that has been making a mint by claiming that his baking soda is aluminum free. He knows none contain aluminum, which makes him a con-artist. Don't buy into the lie.

EC: The nonsense only started years ago when Bob's Red Mill, the company you are referring to, started marketing their new "aluminum-free baking soda." There are old posts on Earth Clinic in the baking soda remedies section about it.. at least 10 years old now.

Posted by Rob (Kentucky) on 06/23/2021

Hi Nina in India -

You are making about 7 oz at one time. I keep it in the shower with the top on the container. No need to refrigerate. I have short hair so 7 oz last me about 3-4 weeks. I am going to try and add both the puddy and shampoo to one large 16 oz container. The last time I tried it, it was so thick it would not flow out of the bottle.

I merged 2 treatment plans together. The hair puddy with the iodine spray on scalp.

Here is a link I should have included of one person's cure for their hair loss. This is the reason why I spray decolorized iodine tincture on the skin of my receding hairline after I shower.

Topical Iodine Cured His Patchy Hair Loss ONLY AFTER 2 MONTHS!

http://www.msfullhair.com/topical-iodine-alopecia-areata-cure/

If you can't access the website, here is the basis of his success.

His success formula for alopecia areata

This is what he shares in order to cure his bald patchy hair loss.

First, what you need is the decolorized iodine tincture (also known as white iodine), coconut oil & vitamin e oil to soothe any itchiness (he mentions iodine made his scalp very itchy, so his solution for this was to mix these 2 oils and apply it on those areas in order to prevent any scalp inflammation).

He also took Supradyn supplements, which is a multi-vitamin available in India. (If you are looking for high-quality multi-vitamins, we recommend you to check this out by Garden of Life. ALL ingredients in this multivitamin formula are made from nutritious and raw whole foods, NOT synthetic chemicals).

Ingredients

  • Decolorized iodine tincture
  • Coconut oil +Vitamin E oil (Optional for nourishing scalp and prevent itchy scalp)
  • Good quality multivitamins

Directions

  1. Apply the decolorized iodine tincture every night to the bald or thinning areas using a Q-tip for precise application.

  2. (Optional) Apply the coconut oil and vitamin E mixture every other day if you are experiencing scalp itchiness from the use of iodine. (You definitely don't want to cause any inflammation by scratching those areas)

  3. Take your choice of multivitamin everyday.

He states after using 2 months, he started seeing new patches growing on the bald spots. He adds that after the continuous use of this formula for 4-5 months, his bald spots were completely filled in.

I hope you find this helpful.

Rob's Hair Puddy Thickener and Growth Formula

I am 55 years old male and suffering from receding hairline, thin and brittle hair, tips of my hair are thin. I found a recipe online but required ingredients like honey, coconut milk, etc. I didn't know what to call this stuff. It sets-up like banana pudding so I call it Hair Puddy.

Here is my simplified recipe.

Ingredients:

* 8 oz Plastic wide-mouth cosmetic container (re-use, re-purposed from dollar tree) so you can keep in the shower.

* Dr Bronner's Castile Soap - Peppermint (Ingredients: Water, Coconut Oil, Potassium Hydroxide, Olive Oil, Mentha Arvensis, Fair Deal Hemp Oil, Jojoba Oil, Peppermint Oil, Citric Acid, Tocopherol)

* Gerneir Fructis Pure Clean Aloe Shampoo (bought at Dollar General) The enzymes in Aloe cause your hair to appear much healthier and glossier. It is a quick and effective element for damaged hair. It strengthens the hair and causes the locks to appear much bouncier and shiny. If you're wondering how to stop hair from falling out, aloe vera is a great home remedy for treating hair loss. Aloe vera works to soothe and calm a damaged scalp, creating a healthy environment for hair cells to replenish and flourish. Aloe also helps clean up sebum, an oil that clogs follicles and prevents hair from growing back. To effectively use this natural hair loss treatment, simply massage pure aloe vera gel directly along your scalp, or find an aloe vera-based shampoo.

* 2 oz bottle Decolorized iodine 2% w/ spray bottle (bought at wal-mart) If you experience hair loss because of an iodine deficiency, getting enough of this mineral may help correct your thyroid hormone levels and stop hair loss. An iodine deficiency may prevent hair follicles from regenerating.

* 30 drops fenugreek essential oil (online) An age-old remedy for when your hair is losing volume. While it stimulates blood flow to the scalp, it also nourishes the hair follicles to promote faster and healthier new growth. Not only that, but it also acts as a great alternative to store-bought conditioner. The mucilage content replenishes the hair and provides smoothness allowing us to detangle our hair easily post every wash. This also helps restore luster. Fenugreek has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help with dandruff, scalp irritation and acne. And, if you are losing hair due to menopause/hormonal issues, I highly recommend fenugreek since it is high in estrogen and thus will help prevent hair from thinning.

* 1 tablespoon Olive oil (Olive oil is one of the top emollients because not only is it packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and healthy fats, it makes for the perfect relief to a dry, itchy scalp." Olive can also help fight bacterial infections while strengthening the hair, which makes it an ideal addition to a hair mask, deep conditioner, or as a hot oil treatment to boost hydration and soften your coils. Research on the effect of olive oil shows that it can have a major moisturizing effect. Olive oil could add softness and strengthen hair by penetrating the hair shaft and preserving moisture. The shine said to come from olive oil may be due to the oil smoothing the outer cuticle of the hair.)

* 1 tablespoon Castor oil (Castor oil is very effective at preventing hair loss and improving hair growth, stops premature greying for several reason. Due to its incredible antibacterial and antifungal properties, it's very beneficial against dandruff, follliculitus, and scalp infections. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid that promotes circulation to the scalp and helps with hair growth. Additionally, castor oil is also loaded with antioxidants that help the hair to become smoother and stronger. )

Directions:

* Place 1 TSP each of olive oil and castor oil, 30 drops fenugreek essential oil into clean cosmetic container. Add 6 oz Dr Bronner's Castile Soap.

* Blend well by stirring with a butter knife ti uniformed. Keep container in shower for use.

* Apply about ½ teaspoon full in your hand (longer hair will take more) and a squirt of “Gerneir Fructis Pure Clean Aloe Shampoo” and massage into wet scalp and hair, once a day.

* Leave in hair for at least 10 minutes (longer if you can); rinse and dry hair as normal.

Results: I started noticing my dry brittle hair becoming stronger and thicker and growing like crazy within a week. We measured my hair for 30 days growth. And in 30 days my hair grew 4 ½ inches. The receding hairline is starting to fill back in with a daily spray of Decolorized iodine on the skin in my hairline.

2 month update: Hair is looking like it did in my early 30's. But much thicker and softer.

Hello Sunflower,

Myself, I only apply rice water to my hair once a month, but twice is fine as well. It depends on how often you shampoo your hair. Example: If you wash your hair every day/week twice a month is good. The aloe vera gel can be used as often as you like.

As far as keeping extra rice water, I've never done that. I use the whole batch. I'm not sure how long it would last in the refrigerator, so I wouldn't reccomend doing that. You can also mix rosemary water with you aloe vera gel for hair growth, thinning and balding. Cut aloe leaf open and scrape out gel Boil fresh rosemary for 15 min Pour aloe gel and rosemary water into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a spray bottle and use as needed.

I hope this helps and best of luck to you in your hair growth journey

Hello all!

I was introduced to the rice water hair remedy about 2 years ago and I've seen AMAZING RESULTS since using it. It is full of all of the nutrients that helps the hair grow longer, thicker and also helps if you have thinning/breaking hair, bald spots, alopecia, hereditary hair loss. IT WORKS!

My hair loss remedy is using rice water and aloe vera gel from the plant.

Rice water recipe:

One cup of long grain organic rice in a bowl (white/brown/jasmin) your preference. Please rinse rice before preparation to rid any impurities.

Add 2 cups of distilled or alkaline water to the rice.

Cover the bowl with saran wrap and let ferment for 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator. Make sure you refrigerate the rice water. If you leave it out it has a putrid smell.

Before preparing to wash your hair take the rice water out of the refrigerator, strain into a clean bowl. Your water will appear cloudy, milky looking. Those are the nutrients from the rice.

Pour water into a spray bottle. After shampooing and conditioning hair, saturate the scalp and hair with rice water concentrating on the troubled areas the most.

Place a shower cap and leave in your hair from 30 mins to 2 hours. (I prefer 2 hours). Once time has elapsed, rinse hair with cool water.

I get one stalk (large) from my aloe vera plant, cut it open and you can either scrape the gel out of the plant or rub the plant throughout the scalp and leave in.

These 2 natural remedies together has given me amazing results.

FYI: I do practice a healthy diet eating lots of dark green leafy veggies (kale, spinach, cilantro, basil) and I drink lots of water. I have omitted refined sugar from my diet and red meats. This alone has also helped in my hair growth journey.

I hope this helps anyone who's experiencing these hair troubles.

With all the hair products the most I could get was a little added hair that was soon go where the other lost hair went.

I had been taking supplements for hair for years and I still am, however, none of them stopped the hairballs. The baking soda and lemon juice drink alone did not stop the hairballs; the molasses baking soda drink did not stop the hairballs. The Biotin, Bamboo or Silica did not stop the hairballs. They all did health wonders for healing, but did not stop the hair knots and breakage. But since my survival routine my hair is growing. My hair has stopped getting hairballs and knots, No breakage. Amazing. The Berberine I'm taking has 10 percent Royal Jelly, also I forgot to list the zinc.

Anything else I use is in pretty much the same amount as before Covid 19, but the ones I listed in my previous post was in elevated amount during Level one Covid19. Even my eyes smile now.

Hi Hisjewel,

If you were insufficient or deficient in zinc, supplementing with zinc is likely to affect hair and nail growth. It should be most noticeable in the nail growth before the hair growth.

Re: Hair and Nails Growing While Using Supplements for COVID19

AS I shared earlier my hair started to grow while taking supplements to fight COVID. What I forgot to mention was that I had a dent in my thumbnail that kept growing dented. I would cut my fingernail down in hopes that it would grow up normal, but the vertical, upright dent continued to grow.

While I was taking my COVID concoctions and supplements the nail began to grow normal and is back to normal. So my hair and my nails went into recovery as New York was in level two of the emergency.

Since I had started on the Berberine during the time I noticed the growth, I had thought it was the berberine that put my hair and nails into recovery, after all it is said to regulate sugar, and fight against UTI. And I can tell you it did that for me, I have not had a UTI since taking the Berberine. However, after continued use, and cutting down on the emergency concoctions and supplements, I realize it is not the Berberine that cured my hair and nails. Which supplement helped my hair and nails? I don't know. I guess I will continue all of them to some degree until I find out.

I'm looking at my long list and thinking, "there's something good in this! " Was it the Vitamin C, Was it the Zinc, Was it the Iodine, or one of the other so many things I used to kick the virus? If I can figure, it out I will share it with you.

I brush my skin like this too and it feels so darn good! I think it wakes it up. What worries me is that I then shower in fluoridated water. Isn't fluoride just a most wicked thing to put in our water? Why do we accept this at all?

Hair Loss

The Indian herb, bhringaraj, has worked well. Just search the internet for testimonies. Mine was for a 69 year old woman with hair loss and within a month not only did the hair loss cede, new growth came in.

It's in the Water

Chlorine is damaging at excessive levels so it is important to filter your tap water and install a shower-head filter to remove Chlorine as well as other toxic halogens like fluorine, bromine, and fluoride. All these minerals and heavy metals are absorbed by the thyroid gland if there isn't enough Iodine in the diet, so in addition to filtering water, one must also supplement with Iodine/Iodide.
