Borax: Unlocking the Health Benefits of a Natural Compound

Hi Sharon,

Big pharma make billions in profit from keeping us all ill so they can supply us with their chemical medications and vaccinations. They are so powerful that any threat to profit margins due to people or products trying to offer cures will be bumped off and removed.

Healthy humans means no neeed for big pharmas meds leading to no massive profits. The queen is the head of the pharma corps so that gives an idea who we are up against.

Its only in recent years that the EU classified borax as toxic, but they left out that toxicity only applied to unborn babies! & so is bleach toxic deadly to unborns aswel as humans and animals full stop!!

A man in 1960's tried to find bigger outlets to help him supply borax as a arthritic cure when the demand for his discovery supplying masses of local people with the borax dosages in med form became bigger than he could handle, so unwittingly approaced people he thought would help ease his medicine demands by mass production and manufacturing. These people were the wrong help as they had vested interest in profits selling synthetic meds to a never ending supply of patients they kept ill, so they shut him up and took away his discovery.

Here is the story...

The Arthritis Cure of Rex Newnham

In the 1960's Rex Newnham, Ph.D., D.O., N.D, developed arthritis. At that time he was a soil and plant scientist in Perth, Western Australia. Conventional drugs did not help, so he looked for the cause into the chemistry of plants. He realized that plants in that area were rather mineral deficient. Knowing that boron aids calcium metabolism in plants he decided to try it. He started taking 30 mg of borax a day, and in three weeks all pain, swelling and stiffness had disappeared.

He told public health and medical school authorities about his discovery but they were not interested. However, some people with arthritis were delighted as they improved. Others were scared to take something with a poison label on the container and meant to kill cockroaches and ants. Eventually he had tablets made with a safe and effective quantity of borax.

Within five years and only by word of mouth he sold 10,000 bottles a month. He could no longer cope and asked a drug company to market it. That was a major mistake. They indicated that this would replace more expensive drugs and reduce their profits. It so happened that they had representatives on government health committees and arranged that in 1981 Australia instituted a regulation that declared boron and its compounds to be poisons in any concentration. He was fined $1000 for selling a poison, and this successfully stopped his arthritis cure from spreading in Australia.

(2)Subsequently he published several scientific papers on borax and arthritis. One was a double-blind trial in the mid 1980's at the Royal Melbourne Hospital which showed that 70% of those who completed the trial were greatly improved. Only 12% improved when on placebo. There were no negative side-effects, but some reported that their heart ailment had also improved, and there was better general health and less tiredness.

(3) Most of his later research was devoted to the relationship between soil boron levels and arthritis. He found, for instance that the traditional sugarcane islands, due to long-term heavy use of fertilizers, have very low soil-boron levels. Jamaica has the lowest level and arthritis rates are about 70%. He noted that even most dogs were limping. Next comes Mauritius with very low boron levels and 50% arthritis. The daily boron intake in these countries is less than 1 mg/day. An interesting comparison is between Indian and native Fijians. The Indians are estimated to have an arthritis rate of about 40% and eat much rice grown with fertilizer while the native Fijians with an estimated arthritis rate of 10% eat mainly starchy root vegetables grown privately without fertilizer.

Boric Acid for Infections

I buy boric acid powder at the pharmacy and mix a small portion with boiled water. (You can find amounts online). You can soak gauze in it then apply it.

In the old days, and I mean in the 1920s-1950s - my grandmother always kept a warm pan of boric acid water on the back of the stove. It was that important to have on hand when raising six kids. They didn't have antibiotics for most of those years - so infections were drawn out with compresses and wounds were sterilized this way.

Borax and Hormones

Borax causes men to produce more testosterone and women more estriol. For those of us older than 40 or 50, that would seem a very good thing.

Taking 2 or 3 days a week off the borax is to (supposedly) allow your body to adjust and your hormones to balance.

Several people take borax continuously and don't seem to suffer any ill effects. As usual, do your homework and make responsible choices. However, if taking borax 4 or 5 days a week gives you the results you want, why take it for 7?

Many health professionals advise taking even your regular supplements only 5 days a week (or 3 weeks on and 1 week off). The reason for this is because anything we take continuously may attenuate -- become less effective or even ineffective. This happens all the time with prescription drugs. People who were taking MSM every single day and getting great results suddenly were not: The MSM just stopped working for them after 6 months, a year, or in some cases many years.

I've been using 20 Mule Team Borax for a week now with 500mg of Magnesium and I'm almost fully psoriasis free. Dose 1 tsp of Borax in one liter of water to make a concentrate. Then take only 2 tsp of the concentrate and mix it into a glass of water. Drink that with food. I do it at breakfast. Be sure to take a 500 mg magnesium pill with it also, or the Borax WILL NOT activate. Borax alone will do nothing for psoriasis. You have to have the magnesium with it. Hope this works better for you. It's working for me. I'm actually stunned that I've had this stupid psoriasis all these years and it was such a simple fix. Summer time shorts here I come.

Aspergillus Lesions
Posted by Jon (Pacific Grove, CA) on 04/21/2009

Interesting after getting a number of what are probably Aspergillus Lesions on different areas of my body - particularly the back of my hands. Which occurred after removing a ridiculous amount of mold off this crummy 60 year old rotting unventilated house in an area that has a year round average humidity of 80 to 100% (lots of fog). Initially, months ago I started with things like NeoSporin, and other AntiBiotic creams - not to mention wasted time and $$$$$ going to Doctors - It finally occurred to me these are Fungus or Mold infections on my skin - never heard of that before - funny none of the Doctors even mentioned it might be a fungus or mold.

Anyhow been through Tolnaftate, Butenafine, Magnesium Sulfate, Iodine etc. etc. lesions would get better then come back.

Finally now after two weeks of using Borax along with just regular hand soap and washing my whole body in it daily all my skin itching is GONE! The backs of my hands look completely normal (I can't believe it!) - every time I wash now I use Borax along with just some regular hand soap. Now I have to admit that initially for the first few days the infected areas turned bright red - like a sunburn - and itched like crazy but now the skin there looks totally normal and does not itch anymore. Had a lesion on my back for quite some time and now it is almost completely undetectable (this old moldy house YUCK!) Wash all my clothes in it and have taken a empty baby powder bottle, filled it with borax and I sprinkle the inside back of my tshirts with it in morning, and then spray it with a combination of distilled water and magnesium sulfate. I can't wait to see that area on my back finally completely disappear.

Borax Dosages

Borax is less toxic than table salt. In the case of Borax, I think the measuring spoon dosage is perfectly fine. A scale would be useful for perhaps things like Sodium thiosulfate.

Arthritis, Herpes

Borax is a strong anti-oxidant or positive ion. It will attack and break double bonds in chemical compounds by causing the electrons to draw to it. Double bonds allow electrons to circulation between multiple carbon atoms so the positive ion can draw electrons from a few atoms away. It has a preference for large chemical compounds. By and large our bodies don't use large compounds (Vitamin K2 is an immediate exception I think of as I say this). So this anti-oxidant is effective in removing chemistry we don't want.

if you you have an ulcer there is a weak spot in the stomach lining. Borax will attack the tissue there and cause pain.

Try drinking more of a diluted solution. This is what happens in the blood stream. If you have an ulcer, that needs to be healed first. I have written an ebook that explains this and more. It is better written and more complete than I can write on the fly on a blog. Amazon kindle, The Healthy Truth by John Taylor.

I have been taking 20 mule team borax for two years now for arthritis and migraines. I also have crohn's disease and diverticulitis which it greatly helps. This is a wonder product and from what I have read..the original person who discovered the medical uses of this product tried to have it pass the FDA as a cheap and effective fix for many ailments...But big pharma did not like that so the doctor was fined and a warning was put on the box. Figures...it is completely safe. no side efects so far when used in moderation..

I make a mix with one quart of filtered water and one tablespoon of borax. Put in fridge and take one table spoon on that mixture every other day for two weeks. then move to a one week on and one week off schedule..because it does remove metals..even the ones u need like magnesium.

I would recommend this to anyone at any age or condition. it has been a life saver for me with my fibromyalgia also :)

I am Ramesh Gaikar from India. I and my wife had been on borax for 2 months and am running for the third month. The protocol, 5 days on and 2 days off. I and my wife had the problem of arthirities. My wife's problem was that she had severe knee pain and back pain. She feels OK now and I think 80% she is cured. Also, I think I am also cured of arthirities as I do not experience any muscle pain etc. My wife was advised by the Dr. to get the knee replaced. But, I had faith in Borax and on Earthclinic. So I started to take 1/8 spoon in 1 litre of water. I am also enjoying my married life as Borax has increased my Libido.

I am very greatful to this site. May God bless this site.

Hair and Scalp

Hi Everyone that reads this,

I've been using the Borax and Water for shampooing my hair for well over a year now. It's kind of hard to get use to in the beginning because it does not foam up but it does get slippery. I am 48 years old, with naturally curly hair, and it is always tangle free and smooth, not dry or oily at all. My one fault is I use a lot of hairspray to keep my hair in place for the day, but the borax and water keeps any buildup from occurring due to the hairspray. I thought why stop there, why not use it all over like a body wash, it's cheap, easy an all in one kind of thing. I can shave my underarms and legs with no problem because it is a slippery solution and the razor just glides on through. I do not have dandruff but never did to begin with so I don't know if it would help with this condition or not.

As far as measurements go, that's hard to say because due to the size of container you are using. Just simply go to the point of saturation, and if there is still some crystals from the borax in the bottom, so what no big deal.

Peace, Rena.

Rash

For those of you reading this, a loud loud blast of a warning from a big red firetruck about Prednisone. I am personally familiar with this nightmare drug, as I watched it destroy my mother-in-law. Like many, many women in the western societies, she doted in doctors ad nauseum and literally became a human guinea for treatments of a viral lung infection called Sarcloidsis, easily mitigated by nutrition, in particular by consuming fresh fruits and vegetables which she did not.

One day we went to visit her and she has swelled to monstrous proportions after taking Prednisone. I was shocked. I did the research on the drug and found it caused the swelling and half a dozen other severe side effects including congestive heart failure. I warned her how dangerous this drug was but she continued to take it until she died a few months later at the young age of 44.

Truth is impossible to suppress and liars, being cowards, will always tell it if you watch and listen closely enough by the use of euphemisms and misleading deflections. So it is no surprise that NOWHERE in most medical language does the word heal or the word cure, both very definitive four letter words find their way into print. As such:

1. Your doctor "practices" MEDICINE!!!!

2. Your doctor "treats" SYMPTOMS.

3. Your doctor "prescribes" MEDICATION.

4. You have to be "patient" while being "practiced" on by somebody who is not interested in healing you or curing your "dis-ease". Not to mention that anybody who practices anything doesn't have mastery over their chosen profession.

Fast Forwarding decades, I have lost two younger siblings who also bought into the hype of the medical establishment, refused to exercise their God given intellect to research and died by doctor as a consequence.

And while I'm ranting let me warn everyone that the popularity of coconut oil has skyrocketed its price within this last year at the retail level. Another ruse to deny health and wellbeing to all. May God have mercy on us. Because the worst disease of all is mass murdering humanity. Greed and ignorance remain our most powerful enemies. Thank The Creator of all For EarthClinic.

Importance of Borax
Posted by Colt Wind (Usa) on 12/21/2016

Ordinary borax becomes boric acid and sodium in the tummy. This is the very best way to feed the body with boron, the ionic form. It will fight to prevent arthritis and if you have arthritis it will 98% of the time cure it although you must keep taking it for best results. The Chinese have been using borax to fight fluorosis and arthritis. Boron takes calcium which is in the absence of boron leaves calcium free floating in the blood(not good) boron forces the free floating calcium into the bones and teeth which greatly improves their strength. Nations with low boron/borax in the water and food supply have very hight rates of arthritis- 40 to 60% whereas nations with just 8mg in the daily diet have less than 1% incidence of arthritis. Natural organic apples of years gone by had a good 25mg per apple whereas commercial apples may have less than 1mg because of mineral depleted soils. There is an effort to dissuade usage of borax because there is so much money- vast billions- made from arthritis medicines. Every cell in the human body needs boron to make cell walls and we have nearly no boron in our diet. An "00" capsule a day is fine. Drink with water and make sure you take a good 400mg of magnesium malate or magnesium citrate and a good glass of water with it. I would not believe these utterly false reports posted on here. It is so easy to just make up misinformation.

Psoriatic Arthritis

I have had severe psoriatic arthritis for most of my adult life which affected my toes, feet, ankles, knees, hips, lower back, upper back, shoulders, neck, elbows, wrists, hands and fingers. So pretty much everything.

I used the borax remedy frequently posted here and around the web and within three months, I had complete remission and I went from severe joint pain to no joint pain and the effects of the borax would last for months if I stopped taking it and then I would start the borax at the first hint of joint pain and it would go away within two weeks and I would stop the borax again. So that was how I used it.

More recently I did more reading about borax and have decided that instead of stopping borax once the joint pain stops, I will continue using it at the smaller person dose (1/8th teaspoon in a liter of water) instead of the larger person dose (1/4 teaspoon). The reason for this is that borax has other health benefits and in order to get those benefits it will probably be better for me to take borax continuously at the 4 or 5 day a week schedule outlined in the borax remedy.

Borax is purported to work for other forms of arthritis like osteo, rheumatoid and juvenile.

Twenty Mule Team Borax Ingredients

I have made a previous post regarding this situation, and will repeat since it seems to deserve the attention.

First, it is not likely that the people reporting a "fragrance smell" are actually having olfactory hallucinations, and the manufacturers are not lying. So, the only realistic explanation is the shipping and storage of the 20 mule team. Guess what other items are housed along side the borax, heavily chemically scented laundry products. The scent is so strong the containers need not be opened. You can go blindfolded and stumbling about the market and easily find the laundry detergent aisle by the strong scent.

20 Mule Team would need to first "bag" the contents, in addition to "boxing" so as to keep the foreign scent from entering.

Borax Shampoo

There are lots of posts on using Borax as Shampoo. I had to try it but I had some problems no one seemed to mention. My final review is I LOVE IT and will never go back to regular shampoo.

I have very oily hair and shampoo daily or I look like I dumped grease on my head. I mixed up a few spoons of Mule Borax in a 4 cup bowl and poured it on my head then rinsed. I looked like I had dreadlocks!!! My hair all clumped together and looked horrible. The Borax couldn't clean my hair. I had too much buildup. So I used a bit of dish soap for my next shampoo to strip my hair and also a higher concentration of Borax.

I kept trying it and figured out that with our water (TX gets its water from lakes so its got lots of stuff in it) and my oily condition I had to do the following : at least 1/4 -1/2 cup or more of Borax in 8 cups of hot water. Stir and wait for crystals to settle to the bottom. Wet hair with water and pour, scrub, pour scrub, etc at least 4 times with no rinsing between. Then rinse hair in fairly hot water. That's it. My best guess is that it takes a very strong concentration to loosen the dirt / oil and repeating the scrubbing / washing helps loosen it all from the hair shaft. Then the hot water helps to remove it all.

The whole process is actually faster than when I would shampoo. I will admit about once a week or two I do use regular shampoo to strip any excess oil that seems to build up. I also do a heavy conditioning treatment at that time. Otherwise I don't need any conditioner on a daily bases which is amazing because my hair is long and tangles easily.

To anyone trying Borax I suggest really stripping your hair first of all the buildup. Use dish soap to wash first, then do the Borax wash. Then just use Borax every time you wash thereafter. Then you won't have the dreadlock look the first time. You need to make the Borax water as strong as needed for your hair and your water.

Benefits: less oily hair, no reaction or sensitivity, hair fallout has decreased dramatically, hair dye sticks to hair much better and stays much longer with less fading!!

Additional benefit: it runs over face and my redness has decreased along with decrease in pore size and overall face coloring has evened out. Wonderful side benefit. I wrote another post about how well this works for your face!!

I think borax (drinking and external use) is the answer for all my skin problems.

ringworms, moles, seborreic dermatitis scalp and skin, all over, for 20 years. Losing hair, small red dots (not itch under skin I only can get a rid pinching with a needle and blood come out) if I dont pinch it with the time become a mole when is raise or frecke when is flat.

I tried ACV, Ammonia, Bleach, Sea salt, Magnesium, H2O2 3%, Castor oil, Sulfur soap 10%, Salysilic Acid 5%, GFS, Essentials Oils.. with not luck.

A week ago I found the Borax and started to drink, take bath, wash my hair, and spray a borax solution in my body and face a few time a day. Burn a lot the first 3 days, the skin get red and dries but after 3 days you can scrub with same borax and death skin peel.

Moles getting smaller, ringworms drying and peeling, hair and scalp, clean and new hair growing, red dots, drying and small, every part of my body is better.

The burning heat , itch and purple skin I had when I walk I did not feel yesterday. So glad this fungus is going away, still taking GFS and next week will start Oregano oil internaly.

Just want to Bless Ted and thanks my favorite web site EC

I used Borax to releive the itching and irritation from a yeast infection. This was the advice of my gynocologist. I have done this several times and had immediate results without having to use messy creams and sepositories. Take one teaspoon of 50 mule borax and combine with about 2 & 1/2 cups of warm water. Mix together until the borax is dissolved and put in a douche bottle or bag. I found that the bag works best because you can do this in the shower without a lot of effort or cleanup. Douche away at the first signs of the yeast infection. I would only have to do this once a day for about 2 or 3 days. It's natural, safe and effective. Borax is also found in lipsticks and lip gloss. I think it's been given a bad rap for years because it's cheap to produce and when used properly, won't cause any other diseases. If no one had any diseases, how would the pharmaceutical companies make their money?

What a wonderful site! I find so much honest mindblowing information on this site. I already know quite a bit about herbs and vitamins but I am really being educated to some incredible healing therapies here. I have fallen in love with borax. I have had an itchy scalp for 10 years. When I say that it sounds pretty benign, but it has dominated my existence, alternating between itching, inflammation, tenderness, prickliness, numbness and downright pain. I noticed that it had a hormonal connection, but because my head "talked to me" with all of the above symptoms, I touched and tugged on individual hairs to calm my head. Of course I knew it wasn't working and it only made matters worse, but there was a "reaction".

I have purchased rogaine, shampoos, conditioners, pills, anti itch sprays, etc and the list goes on. I happened on a diatribe on curezone, and they mentioned borax and also earthclinic. so I went to this site and found a ton of amazing information. Of course the light bulb goes off. The next morning I mixed some borax in water and poured it on my scalp. Small amounts of tingling pain. My hair felt silky but stronger and thicker. My hair looked fantastic, but the other noticeable thing was that my scalp didn't itch. Later on in the day, there were tiny scabs where the small bumps would show up.(I know I didn't mention that earlier, but neither did I mention that my hair didn't feel like it was firmly connected into my scalp either) I knew that I had found a solution to what has been driving me crazy.

I really wonder if the people who pull out their hair are reacting to some of the same conditions that I have been experiencing for so long. I no longer feel like I need to "play" with my hair. when I say play with it, I actually mean that I was pulling a lot of it out. I was not trying to pull it out, but I felt that if I just ran my nail down the length of it that I would somehow "fix the individual hairs, and sometimes they would come out, because as I said they were not firmly rooted into my scalp. I take away the symptoms with the borax and I no longer need to touch the hair. I think they call it tricholotomia or something like that.

I have a question and I don't know if anyone has an answer, but my brother in law has a bone chip on his ankle. He has had surgery once to "fix" it but it didn't work, the pain is back, and he is once again, walking with a cane. I don't know how big this bone chip is, but is there anyway to either dissolve the bone chip, or to get the bone chip to attach to his ankle?

anyway, I am glad this site is out here in cyberspace where people can get real and helpful information and not have to pay 150.00 for either a non answer from a doctor ( I brought my scalp problem up 3 times with 2 different doctors and they would look at my scalp and offer zero advice or help) or an answer which doesn't do crap or hurts you. I don't know about you but when I pay a doctor 150.00 and they either don't answer my question or whatever they do doesn't work, I think I should get my money back. Speaking of doctors, I went to one once because I was sick two days before I was going on a long vacation. I diagnosed myself and knew that I had rocky mountain fever. My father in law had gone hunting and his wife cooked some of the meat that he brought back. They both had come down with it. I had heard my mother in law say how hard it was to diagnose. I had all the symptoms but I tend to get really gassy and nausous. I DID not want to be sick on christmas vacation around family.

I went to dr. before I left, explained what I had, symptoms, and why. He said absolutely nothing to me, gave me some anti nausea meds and sent me on my way. They did nothing. I got some charcoal pills before I left because the dr. hadn't helped at all. I spent 10 days in bend ore. sick as a dog, Toward the end I felt like my insides were starting to dissintegrate. I separated myself from everyone because of the terrible gas. I finally started to have diahhrea just before we left (I have always been constipated) It took us two days driving home in the snow. I went to a check medical as soon as I got home (different doctor) I told the doctor, I know I have rocky mountain fever, just give me the meds, you can run the tests but I can not live with this another day. He gave me the drugs. Two days later, they called to say indeed I had rocky mountain fever. I was so pissed at the other doctor for ruining my vacation. Of course this was about 17 years ago before wonderful access to web information. But that doctor was so arrogant he could not stand having a patient telling him what was wrong. Thank god for the second doctor because I was ready to kill myself by then rather than feel like my insides were literally pulling away from their internal walls, feeling constantly nauseated, but not being able to throw up. Sorry, I am still pretty angry about it and I have never called or said anything directly to that doctor. I simply never went to his office again. sincerely. me.

Mold??

TED'S Remedies and Borax saved my Life, that's for sure. I used 99,9 percent clean Borax available in France / Germany. Borax fixed in a timeline of 6 month most of my physical problems. The biggest Issue was a heart problem which I didn' t noticed in the Past but Borax fixed it! I had noticed this "micro or nano operation:)" when its getting "warmer" inside! The Heart. This was very nice expirience:). The same feeling I had with jaw pain (because of an old but already fixed cyst). Borax fixed an "Tennis Elbow" and somerhing behind my Eyes, too. And something in my right leg. But in this case It was really "hot" for 3 seconds. I dont' t know what it was. But before taking Borax I noticed "Red Points" at the right leg. ALL these operations took approx 2 minutes together!!

For your books. I took approx. 1g borax (1/5 teaspoon) in hot Coffee:) half a year but the "fixing moment" was very early in the beginning. Thank you
